I paid $40 for their top wash job. Had to ask them to wipe the wheels. Then ask again for them to Armor All the tires. Then had to ask again for them to do the same for the spare tire mounted on the back of the vehicle. Then had to ask if they would wipe the mud off the door frames. Then had to ask if they would please wipe off the dashboard and the interior. Then had to ask... Really? The only reason I'll go back is because the good carwash in town has closed.

Man approached me asking "Can you read?". Before I could answer, proceeds to step closer to me…read moreexclaiming "You are what is wrong with the country!". I asked who he was and he screamed that he works there. As he was yelling, he began walking toward me. I told him to please give me space, I don't know who you are, BACK UP! He raises his voice saying there are signs on the front of the bays (side of the building facing the road) that say "don't enter from this side". I did not. I pulled around back as I always have done, and until now, never even noticed there are signs. I reversed into the bay from the correct side to pressure wash items in the bed of my truck. That way the tailgate was right next to the water gun for my convenience. After I gave him this info, in a calm tone mind you, he said "I hope you get hit from whoever comes around the corner pulling in next!". What an awful thing to say...first you tell me, a person willing to continue giving you business, gets hit by another person who is also willing to give you business. All because I reversed into the bay on the correct side cars are supposed to come in regardless? I repeated I would be willing to turn around if he backed away from myself and my vehicle so I wouldn't be driving so close to him. He refused to walk away, ignoring my request to flip around, and continued to run his mouth about how stupid I am. If I could leave a 0 star review, I would! I sincerely hope that no one has to go through what I did with this terrible man. I don't know if someone pissed in his cherrio's this morning or if he was just having a bad day. That is no way to approach anyone. Especially considering what others are capable of, especially if they are concealled carrying!

I like self-serve car washes in general, but this one has virtually nothing to redeem it. The first…read morethree (of four) bays have something broken--either a broken vacuum hose or a washer nozzle that doesn't work. The location is convenient on the west side of town, but if the car wash doesn't work, I'll just go elsewhere. You'd save time and money by driving to the one on the east side of town near Speedway--time because it won't take you a long time to get the vacuum to work or go to a second bay when the first washer won't work, and money because you won't have to waste quarters on trial and error.
