Mediocre equipment and horrible attitude combined for a horrendous customer service experience…read more After driving through a mud puddle, I decided to run my truck through the car wash. Immediately after my $12 car wash, I noticed some residual splatters of mud and asked if I could give them a spray with the pressure washer to remove. The first thing out of the employee's mouth was, "that's not mud". I swiped my finger over a spot of mud and told him that I'm not going to have a debate over mud. I got back into my truck and drove off. It should be noted that the employee was on his cell phone for the duration of my visit, which surely contributed to his half-ass job pre-washing the truck with the pressure sprayer. Think about the amount of money invested by the owner of this business only to have it pissed away by a poor employee.

I've used this car wash several times, its definitely well taken care of for a car wash. The…read moreattendants are great and do a decent job. I am very picky when it comes to car wash, and protecting the paint on my vehicles. For a touch free car wash this is the type of wash you should look for, no damage to paint, no swirls and no debris filled sponges and rags scratching up your paint. With that said, if you have baked on bug guts, these type of washes will not remove them, any car wash that can remove them without elbow grease is probably damaging your paint. The vacuums are nice and well maintained, this is great place for your daily drive, the foam is a must!

The seats were not wiped down and the Mats were not cleaned properly and were still dirty. Bugs all over the windshield, front grill and mirrors. Tires were dirty and had not been scrubbed before applying shine so they looked muddy. I had to use their vacuum and cleaning supplies to finish what they should have done. I hate to give a negative review but it was a subpar car wash for me.

The place is very modern: they offer pay vacuums, they have a vending machine for the essentials, and they have an automatic wash if you do not want to do DIY. All of these mentioned have an option to pay with your phone or via tap or card which is great and I appreciate! Everything was going smoothly until somehow the hose connected to the pressure gun busted on me while I was trying to put the gun down to switch to conditioner. I got immediate soaked and the pressure transferred to the hole which caused me a few uncomfortable cuts, not very deep or big... but nonetheless I had to stop the wash. There was no one there I could notify unfortunately as it was late on a Sunday. Thankfully I had just rinsed the car and it was not covered in soap or foam. When buying some of the vending machine items my phone was accepted once but not the second time so I had to use my physical card. Overall, I feel confident the wash could've been perfect without the hose issue so that is why I took one star off. I look forward to coming again and trying it though.
