I was told I would get a call within a certain timeframe, I did, and the service guy even texted me to let me know what was going on as he was running just a hair late. Unlike other companies who just leave you hanging around wondering what's going on and not answering when you call to see what's up, so I appreciated that. The thing that sold me though was that when the guy, Ryan, got here and took a look into our chimney, he asked how often we used it and how long we'd lived in the house and et cetera. So after hearing my answers, he nodded and said the chimney was super clean and that he would get me a card so I could call him in another two years to take another look at it because there was no need to do anything this time. He could have just went on about his way and "cleaned" and took his time and I would have been none the wiser to it. That honesty is hard to come by these days. Will definitely be hanging onto his card to have him come back out. The *only* complaint I have is that they don't accept card payments, so you'll need to find a check or go to the bank to get the cash you were quoted. Even then that's only because they're a small business and the fees for the card stuff is crazy. So. Yea. :)

Basically got a concrete footer with a troweled finish that was not even even or smooth. No clean up. Called and spoke with the owner who said we could finish it ourselves as all they do is a trowel finish. Now we had a flooring company come in who said they used the wrong concrete as well. The salesperson identified the low spot in the house and wrote up a contract. The final result is that the low spot is still there and my front door will no longer open and close. They want to charge me $2000 more to fix the original low spot. The supervisor, Larry, is rude, he lies, and has no intention of resolving this issue. I also called the field supervisor the day of the appointment and received a response of sorry but there was still an issue with the hose. Totally unprofessional on communication and consistent disappointment on trusting if the appointment was scheduled.
