Two weeks later we're told we have a new instructor just for the second day another family emergency occurs with her which isn't her fault. However the following day everyone is waiting outside the locked doors 15 minutes after class was supposed to start because no one's there! No lights, doors locked, no one was answering our calls, no emails or a heads up, nothing! Our class of 25 dropped to 8 that following week because the lack of unprofessionalism and communication was absurd. The one saving grace out of this school was our instructor Miss Terri. She went above and beyond making sure we weren't behind on our course due to the inconveniences that occurred that disrupted our learning days. She was patient, understanding, and lit up the classroom with her lively energy. If it wasn't for her I think the course would've been postponed again for god knows how long until they found another teacher on short notice, she saved my time and made sticking through the struggles worth it. I couldn't be more grateful but besides that I would not recommend. The lack of communication was terrible from the people in charge and even though Google reviews has a high rating (god knows how) I recommend going somewhere else for these kind of certifications. Yes it might cost a bit more but trust no low price is worth the headache and uncertainty.

The Cane Creek School was built in 1923 and moved from Warrior to Tannehill in 1981. It has two…read morelarge rooms, one with old school desks that can be moved within the room and the other is an open room with one twelve foot long "permanent" table and three short pews against the walls. There are folding tables and chairs that can be setup. Off the open room the cloak closet has been converted to a partial kitchen - a sink with cold running water and a refrigerator. The school has two restrooms, air-conditioning and heat. There is a handicap ramp, convenient parking and about four picnic tables outside. The cost for using the school is $135.00 per day. Folks coming in the park pay regular gate admission which is $3.00 for adults (12-61), $2.00 for seniors (62+), $1.00 for children (6-11) and children ages five and under free. When making a reservation for the School, a $60.00 deposit is due at the time of scheduling. The balance is due 2 weeks before scheduled date. A $10.00 service fee is assessed on all cancellations. You must cancel 14 day before the reservation date to receive a refund less the $10.00 service fee. No one even answered the phone. I have called several times. I was so frustrated because as a working Mom, I had to devote my work hours for this trial. But wasted my work time along with my child. This is so unprofessional. And having no staff or answering calls... I don't know how to trust this facility.
