When I tried them on, they were too long and pooled on my shoes. I measured the pants against another pair and confirmed, yes ... they were too long. When I returned to have the tweaked, the person at the counter refused. I offered to pay. She refused and said to take my business elsewhere. I will. I called yesterday for a rush job on a wedding dress. I told him my deadline and date. The…read moregentleman I spoke to was very pleasant and told me to bring my dress in today - no appointment needed - to speak with the tailor who does the actual work. No promises, but he was very considerate and said they'd give it a try. I called this morning I my way to the shop and was spoken to harshly and treated rudely. I was told in no uncertain terms that "it wouldn't work" and a wedding so soon was a "red flag." It was unprofessional and frankly unnecessary. He seemed very pompous. There are a hundred different ways to say "no" to a client. This was one of the worst.
