When I tried them on, they were too long and pooled on my shoes. I measured the pants against another pair and confirmed, yes ... they were too long. When I returned to have the tweaked, the person at the counter refused. I offered to pay. She refused and said to take my business elsewhere. I will. First time in 40 years an alterations person refused to stand behind their commission.

I've never been to Swiss Cleaners before but I worked in the service industry for years so I always enter a business with a smile and cheery tone.
