But they came by and examined our very tiny yard (cookie-cutter neighborhood in Moncks Corner), gave us a very reasonable quote and told us to call when we were ready. Instead of disappearing as many companies do (especially with "small" jobs), Jeff worked with our schedule, regraded our yard, installed 2 French drains (Moncks Corner = clay soil), and re-sodded with thick, lush grass. It's been about two weeks now and everything about our yard is perfect! They even installed a dog run for Daphne--and the estimate was the price--no unpleasant surprises when everything was said and done. So don't be afraid to call them--not only do they show up when they say they will, they work hard and stay until the job is done. (Of course, it may have helped that my husband bought them a dozen donuts the morning they started the job but somehow I know they would have worked just as hard.) So as I said, don't be intimidated by the high-dollar jobs they've done in Mount Pleasant, Kiawah, Daniel Island, etc. Jeff works with anyone who wants to improve their outdoor space--it's his passion and his joy. We contacted Passiflora in March having read other reviews and looking at the website. After…read morespeaking with the owner we engaged Casy to landscape our yard. We have been homeowners for over 40 years and have used landscape companies in several states, we have never been more disappointed and dissatisfied with work as we are with Passiflora Landscape. It took over 6 months to complete the landscaping which was a very small project. The quality of plants were very substandard, many have died. The Pineapple-Guava tree was in very poor condition when planted and has died (not replaced). There was no prepping the soil before putting the plants in. Shade loving plants in full sun. They did replace a couple plants and put different kinds and color of plants in that do not fit the design we were attempting to achieve. The area for placement of artificial turf was miss-measured and additional turf was put in on a different bias and the matting does not blend. Perhaps this project was an outlier and outside their normal quality, but we in good faith could not recommend Passiflora for future work. A Carolina Park Resident

The actual work was done on time but they left behind a huge mess and a sprinkler system that would not work even though they told me they could lay sod without disrupting my sprinkler system. I was promised they would leave my area as clean as it was before they came. That alone did not happen. They made a verbal agreement to come back on a certain day for cleaning but instead they decided to show up early and clean when I was not at home. That attempt was halfway done. They left behind a very upset, traumatized dog because I had not put her up not knowing that they were coming. Upon calling the owner and explaining how upset and angry I was, a verbal and written agreement that was initiated by the owner was made that I would be refunded my money and they would come fix the sprinkler system. I did not ask for this nor did I initiate it but I did accept it. 20 minutes before he was to fix the sprinkler system he sends me a text, no not even a phone call that he will be a no-show and not refund my money because I refused to pay. That in itself is a lie. I will pay for a quality job done right. Nothing about this company nor this job was done correctly. Take your chances if you use them but I never will nor would I ever recommend anyone utilizing them. They have a five star rating because of one person leaving a comment on Facebook.
