Did I mention a ridiculous amount of leaves ? They were quick to respond to my request for a quote (like they may wanted my business), were extremely polite and helpful to let me know what they'd be doing. They allowed me to schedule a day convenient for me, the prices were the best out of four quotes I received for my clean up. The crew showed up on the scheduled day ready to go. They did underestimate the amount of leaves that needed hauled away but did not stop until everything was done, and that meant a second day at my house. They kept going until it was done and done well. As a customer, I truly appreciate that. Those leaves were massive :) they took care of something I did not want to do myself and I couldn't be happier. You've gained a customer. The tree they installed was leaning to one side and just left it without correcting it. We contacted yardnique for help. And their service was incredible. My wife was visited by Michael Reh who happens to be our account manager. He promised even though he had nothing to do with the error he would return to correct it. Well today he showed up staked it down and spent over 30-mins speaking with my wife and I. Naturally I started searching on Google for companies that could drop by to pick up all my items in a relatively quick turnaround time. One of the companies I stumbled upon is Prices Junk & Waste Solutions. After calling the young gentleman he asked about the nature of all the objects I had and roughly how much. Over the phone he gave me a rough estimate which I found to be very reasonable, even without seeing everything. I was concerned as I thought he may need need a dumpster trailer to fit all of it, but he assured me his own moving equipment would be enough, thus saving me on costs. Moreover, he got me scheduled within a day and a very reasonable timeframe of four hours. The quote also mentioned how long the project would last which I found refreshing. As for when he and his assistant arrived, they did a quick inventory of the items and immediately got to work. The young men were professionally dressed even though they're doing hard labor, were courteous and didn't waste time. They weren't loud and to be honest I almost forgot they were there. They hit their estimate on the nose and finished, perhaps 20 minutes under the quoted amount of time. I found Prices Junk and Waste Solutions a very reasonable and professional business to get rid of a lot of unwanted house clutter or aged belongings. The prices are extremely low and I felt very comfortable having them at my house while they worked. If I ever need assistance in the future, you can bet Price's will be the service I use.
