Brian diagnosed the issue over the phone and gave me a very fair price, but warned us that if he had to replace the lock and the door handle it would cost more. He came by 40 minutes later and repaired the lock quickly and with no problem (thankfully a replacement wasn't necessary). I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to others.

I typically buys the key fob from Amazon or eBay to save a few dollars (must match the FCC ID for the most reliable results). At some time in the past, they were unable to program some new keys. They recommended that I take them to a local dealership and did not charge me for the attempt (though I still gave a few dollars for the time spent). The prices are good, but rising as does everything else. I paid $100 for my last key program and cut. This seems reasonable for our area. During the last visit, Jarrod arrive a few minutes after our agreed upon appointment. Not a complaint, they're busy, and I completely understand that.
