He sent several menu examples. I chose one, asked for and received approval for a couple of changes that would personalize the menu even more.for my wife. As advertised Chef arrived on time and brought everything needed, prepared the meal as we watched and carried on a great conversation. We were given detailed explanations of all the ingredients. Shaun shared his culinary education and past positions with us as well. The meal was fantastic, Shaun was as personable and interactive as could be and we had perhaps the best Valentines Day dinners, yet.
