I've been a loyal client here for many years, which makes this review especially disappointing to write. Yesterday, I needed a last-minute appointment and, since Chloe wasn't available, I saw Katie. Unfortunately, the experience was poor from start to finish. She spent the beginning of my appointment on the phone, my eyebrows were rushed, and when I asked for better lighting to check them, she dismissed visible hairs as "just baby hairs." I ended up having to fix them myself at home. The quality of my nails was also not what I expected. Today, I called to book an appointment with Chloe because I was willing to pay to have my nails redone before leaving for a trip. Instead, I was told I had to see Katie again because it would hurt her feelings otherwise. I found that response surprising and frustrating, especially since I had already paid for the previous service and even tipped. As a long-time customer who regularly sees Mimi and Chloe, I expected better customer service and more flexibility--especially when I was offering to pay for another appointment. It's disappointing that customer satisfaction seemed to take a back seat in this situation.
