Two months went by and it took a lot of texting to jog his memory, since he would never answer his phone, and didn't have voicemail. He allowed as how he might show up to finish the work someday if they were working in our area! By then I said I'd rather have a partial refund, as I had paid him in full. We haggled over it, but finally agreed on a refund amount which I thought was low. Then he ghosted us; no calls, no texts, no money, after several texts to him. His business principle seems only to be to "get paid and get out". There are plenty of tree services around Knoxville. I would not recommend him to anyone.
