Needed modification of earlier Omar Awning framework on very large aluminum deck awning. Emailed…read morerequest and a few days later estimator came and we went over what we needed in order to have clearance to have six inch gutters installed. Was told no problem and we would have estimate the next day as it was a common request. Several days passed, then a week and heard nothing. called office and got automated recording. Left a message and again crickets. Check out Omar on Better Business website as you will see this is a common issue. I was warned about this by one of their commercial customers who told me it all sounds great on the front end, but getting them back for repairs or modifications is another story. Can't really comment on the quality of their work as we are still waiting. I will update this review if they follow-up.

From the point of discussing our awning needs and ordering them through to the point of installation, the entire Omar team has been so pleasant and professional. Had these guys coat our existing driveway. From a distance it looks fine, but looking closer,…read morethere are bands of lighter and darker stripes across the driveway. When I pointed this out, they said that was an aggregate they applied to enhance traction, while it's obvious it just thicker layers of the rolled on coating. Imagine getting your wall painted and you can see overlapping streaks where the roller overlapped the last section. These guys rolled on the coating and the overlaps are fairly obvious. I would hesitate using these guys unless you only have to look at it from a distance.

Our concrete driveway was less than 2 years old when a cold winter (freezing and thawing…read morerepetitiously) created a cancer of spalling that eventually destroyed a significant portion of the original surface. There were many places that exposed the imbedded gravel, but we did not want to have the driveway torn up and repoured. The driveway may have been originally poured and finished in a less then acceptable process. Nevertheless, the ETCCC team made sure all remaining fragile spots were peeled off with heavy pressure spraying, filled and sanded-ground the raw areas creating a whole new surface. Then a final color coating was applied. It looks great (just ask all the neighbors) and I believe much nicer and harder than when the the driveway was originally made. If anyone witnessed the hard work Jim and his team gave the project (on their knees when needed) and the final product, you would understand why I have no reservation in recommending ETCCC. Bill H.
