Southern Shade is a small company that takes pride in the quality of their work. We have a new home with a long narrow lot and a downward sloping hill with wonderful views. It has been transformed with a short faux rock wall on the back and one side. Two paver stone patios that are just gorgeous, drainage issues rectified and lovely plantings throughout! We texted after speaking and he told me he would get back with me in 2 hours to let me know if he would come out that day or the next. Of course, he never texted me back. That night I texted him and his excuse was that the job he was on didn't have any cell service. The remaining texts never made any sense at all...as if he was talking to different people. Then today, he texted me to see if he could come out at 5 to see the job. I agreed. By 5:30, he had not arrived, so I texted him not to bother. His response is that he is on a job quite a ways from me and he needed to finish it first...and he had not even had time for lunch. THAT is the definition of UNPROFESSIONAL. He didn't even care enough to contact me and say he wasn't coming. I would never trust him to do a job at my home. Then he has the nerve to say "God Bless". What a hypocrite.
