Emailed…read morerequest and a few days later estimator came and we went over what we needed in order to have clearance to have six inch gutters installed. Was told no problem and we would have estimate the next day as it was a common request. Several days passed, then a week and heard nothing. called office and got automated recording. Left a message and again crickets. Check out Omar on Better Business website as you will see this is a common issue. I was warned about this by one of their commercial customers who told me it all sounds great on the front end, but getting them back for repairs or modifications is another story. Can't really comment on the quality of their work as we are still waiting. I will update this review if they follow-up.
