The owner Francois is very friendly and welcoming from day one I signed up for class, this is a school so you need to call and make reservations, pay in person. The classes fill up fast from the repeat customers, some the repeaters have taken over 380 classes, I was like Wow, take the class U will realize why, he is a expert! Loads of fun and laughter. He explains everything in detail and take home the menu that night. You will introduce yourself, eat, drink wine, laugh, share your thoughts. Adequate free parking, school is easy to find. The food was mouth watering and very tasteful, no regrets. Alot of couples were celebrating events so this makes a great gift to give someone also.. Schedule is ongoing, the cooking school is on FB. The flavor of fresh shrimp is so much more superior to the jumbo frozen shrimp that I have in my freezer. My New York Strip was better than Ruth's Chris or Morton's. I need a little practice with the tenderness of my lamb chops but the flavor was there. I experimented with scampi butter, Cajun and other seasonings.
