The store is smaller than other Michael Kors outlets I have been to. This store is small so there are many associates to help. Unfortunately, I have felt borderline harassed when shopping here most times. When I have visited this location, I am not usually on a mission to find something; it is more to just browse. I do have to say, the majority of times I visited, I was harassed by staff members. I have been pressured into purchasing accessories or more item and gains a discount, event though I was not in the market to purchase anything other than what I was purchasing. There were a couple of times I felt like cursing an leaving-that is how bad it was. Overall, I do enjoy this location. This store is always clean and very tidy. The products here are always well kept. The discounts are usually very reasonable as well.

Literally the worst experience of my life. I've had two bags from this store have a warranty issue…read more The first time, I was given an exchange under warranty. The second time, a woman who identified herself as the manager, Katrina Ford, was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. She barely looked at the bag before accusing me of putting the hole in the bag myself. When I showed her that it was clearly a stitching issue, she advised that the store doesn't cover that. She told me to call corporate. Not two minutes later she said the store covers stitching issues but not the one I had because I caused it myself. Clearly corporate disagrees as they are giving me a gift card to purchase a new bag, which is what the warranty is. I even told Ms. Ford that, on top of the exchange, I was looking to make an additional purchase. She did not care. She was so rude and hateful and disrespectful that, after I spend my gift card, I will never buy from Michael Kors again. I literally went three doors down and bought two Kate Spade purses. In the words of Vivienne, "Oh you work on commission. Right uh yes big mistake big huge i have to go shopping now.*

I've been coming to this location for about 5 years now. I…read moreinitially came here right after getting out of the Navy because it's what TRI-CARE recommended me to come too. I showed up and was promptly greeted by Wade and was taken to the back and asked to do a foot measurement that involves walking in a straight line on a instrument used to measure weight distribution of your feet when walking. I did that and all the measurements were taken, and I was told to come back in about two weeks so I could get my inserts put in my shoes...Two weeks later, I showed back up, picked up my inserts and was asked how to pay for them and I told them to bill TRI-CARE. Unbeknown to me three weeks later I found out that TRI-CARE doesn't pay for orthotics. Wade, he said there was some sort of mixup with insurance and said don't worry about it this time. They were the BEST 3-D printed inserts with a foam pad on the top that I've ever experienced in all of my years in the military wearing boots and running shoes!!. The inserts were so comfortable. I wore them for 3 years straight before they started to wear out on me. I came back and had my feet remeasured because they only hold your information in the computer for so long. I showed up again and two weeks later picked up my inserts and I wore them for about 30 days and they made my feet hurt so bad.lol. I brought them back and was told by Wade that one of the measurements was incorrectly imputed into the insole programing machine that creates the soles for Feet First and they were able to find my old measurements to go off of. They gave me the goof up pair that they made for free even though they made my feet hurt. I still used them sparingly in a pair of shoes I rarely wear. I came back two weeks later again and received the new pair and have been wearing them now for the past 2 1/2 years and they've been amazing. I can't wait to go back to get my third pair. * I work in the aircraft industry and I'm standing on hard concrete floors and walking around a manufacturing floor 10 hours every day the week and these inserts hold up really well my feet don't give me any issues except for the times that I don't have the insoles in my shoes because I bought a new pair of shoes. Immediately after putting them back in my new shoes my feet feel great. **Overall, I can see where some people might've had some hiccups in the past or issues with using this place for orthotic needs I wasn't a true believer until they confessed to a mess up they made and made everything right, and I've just been blown away by the quality of their insoles. They may be pricey around $375 because I don't like to use insurance, but for that price I'll pay for good quality insoles.

I, who planned on buying a whole lot more than them, was met with a look of "what are you doing here." No hello, no can I help you. I thought ok perhaps it was an off day? Nope ... I tried again months later and the same older lady (ironically my age!) again looked at me as if I was - some kind of shoplifter...? I'm not quite sure what her issue was. Perhaps I didn't "look" Ponte Vedra enough to actually even greet me. Really made me feel awful. What a shame because I like the store
