History
Established in 1993.
Dance Depot was established in 1993 but has been under new ownership since January 2014. Ashley Kelly grew up dancing in the Daytona Beach area and shopped at Dance Depot as a young dancer herself. We have been serving dancers in this area and beyond for 25 years and absolutely love what we do. Our friendly staff is experienced and is here to help ensure that your dancer has everything he or she needs. We look forward to seeing you!
Meet the Business Owner: Ashley K.
Ashley grew up dancing in this area studying ballet, tap, jazz, modern, lyrical and pointe. Although she stopped dancing after college, her love for dance never ceased. After stopping into Dance Depot to purchase a leotard for her three year old daughter at the time, she learned the store was for sale. It was at that moment and she knew what she wanted to do. Three months later, Ashley purchased the store and began her new adventure. It has been such a pleasure to reconnect with the dance world. She has been trained by Russian Pointe, Capezio, Bloch, Grishko and Gaynor Minden in pointe shoe fittings as well as has been certified by Gaynor Minden, Russian Pointe and Capezio. She continues to keep on top of the new trends in the industry and is a sponge for learning all that is new!
