They quickly quoted a price & sent formal document verifying quote & offered several options to accept the offer. I accepted there quote on a Sunday, they arrived Thursday on time, went above and beyond by cleaning my gutters and some of my siding and deck to make sure all the debris was gone. Final invoice was sent immediately after completing the work & let me know of there findings around my house! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for powerwashing services.

I was initially a bit hesitant to use this service because, in my experience, many companies around…read morethe DMV area either arrive hours late or fail to show up altogether when providing quotes or home services. However, this company completely exceeded my expectations. Neither my wife nor I had to be home for the service, and when we returned, our home looked brand new. The team stated they would arrive at 7:30 AM, and they showed up exactly on time. Their professionalism, reliability, and quality of work were outstanding. In addition, they understood my little one napped between 2pm-330pm and they worked to schedule me at times that wouldn't conflict with their nap time. Great customer service. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for dependable and high-quality service.

Nowhere…read morein our review did I mention a what Yelp stated based on the lie they heard from Brighthouse. This company seems to be very concerned about negative reviews and is trying to erase them. But not concerned about doing a good job as the pictures show. Here is what Yelp sent: I'm contacting you to let you know that we have removed your review of Brighthouse Cleaners. Yelp is a place for freely sharing your experience with businesses. However, reviewers shouldn't be threatening businesses with negative reviews (or offering to remove negative reviews they've already posted) as a way to extract a payment. Here is my review: We have used Elizabeth and her company for several years to clean our property. However, her service and customer service has went down the drain. She was supposed to do a full move-out cleaning for our property and charged almost $500 to do so. The home is 3 bed 2 1/2 bath. We had to call her back twice to correct and clean several areas that were very obvious but skipped and missed. Her move out cleaning fee includes the balcony but she did not clean it despite charging almost $500. In the past we paid $375 for her company to clean the same house multiple times and everything was cleaned. We had to hire another company to come out and do a deep cleaning since so much was missed and what they attempted to clean was done poorly. They didnt clean the walls, floors are sticky, refrigerator dirty in certain spots, and they didnt clean the window sills. The house also smelled horrible and not like she even attempted to clean properly. Elizabeth was nasty and rude in her correspondence and combative. She should have offered the tenants a full refund but instead doubled down. She wanted to come back a third time to clean and we told her we didn't trust the cleaning at this point. She also we refused to recognize that we were the owners and was making rude remarks. Her company hugely inconvenienced us and set our timeline back. We will be removing this company from all of our properties moving forward. Find a reputable cleaning company, but stay away from this one. They will not hold themselves accountable and have poor business ethics. She clearly.doesn't understand how rental properties work woth property.managers and tenants and owners. The pictures say a lot.

I recently reached out to RVA Gutter Pros to get information on cleaning my gutters. Jennifer…read moreresponded to my message in less than 30 minutes and was extremely thorough in regard to service expectations, payment options, etc. I was impressed and decided to get them to do the work. The very next morning, as promised, a tech rang me first thing to let me know they were on the way. Aiden and his assistant not only did an excellent job cleaning my gutters, but took pictures and video of trouble spots and a soffit that had some damage. Aiden explained what was causing the problem and provided some potential solutions. They then did a fantastic job cleaning up and even cleared off my entire deck! It has been a long time, since I have experienced such professional and outstanding customer service!!! I would not hesitate to use this company again in the future (and plan to)!!! Their website claims that their mission is to "treat their customers and each other as family"... and based on what I have experienced thus far, they are living their mission!!! THANK YOU guys for an excellent job!!!
