I realized quickly I was probably going to need to dig deep for my South Florida Spanglish. Thankfully I remember the verbs and words to get me what I wanted. All my hair appointments in Miami paid off. We ordered four beef empanadas. The menu does say there's potatoes in them, but the issue was more there was barely any meat and mostly potato. It wasn't quite what we were expecting. The actual empanada had a pretty thick crust as well which was different. We also got 2 pastillitos with guava, and two with guava and cheese. Those are money!!! We will absolutely be back for those. You can order online, and if you can't speak any kind of Spanish or speak very little I suggest ordering that way.
