We needed transportation on short notice, and I found Ameritrans through a Google search. I noticed they had an A+ rating with the BBB, but there weren't many reviews available online, so I wasn't sure what to expect. After speaking with another transportation company that raised some concerns for me, I decided to go with Ameritrans and I'm incredibly thankful I did. They explained that they typically book about a week in advance, but fortunately, they had a cancellation and were able to accommodate us. Blake and Danielle were the team who transported my dad, and they were absolutely amazing. They were kind, professional, and communicative throughout the entire trip. They arrived 30 minutes early, were always happy to answer our calls when we checked in on my dad, and got him safely to Houston in a reasonable amount of time. During an already stressful situation, having a transportation team we could trust made a huge difference. I would absolutely recommend Ameritrans to anyone needing long distance medical transportation. We are so grateful to Blake, Danielle, and the entire Ameritrans team for taking such great care of my dad.

Your man was late and I'm penalized for it?! This is some Joe Biden a** backwards logic. They were almost 30 minutes late so we missed part of our concert. They did end up sending a bigger bus which was nice.
