Terrible customer service and very poor care. They put in my chart that I missed too many…read moreappointments but I never missed any. On top of that, they have a blazé attitude towards people with disabilities. If you tell them to be gentle they'll manipulate you and disregard you. Nothing but mean girls. There have been too many dentists that took advantage and were unprofessional. I really don't recommend this place.

Was asked to schedule a follow up to go over the treatment plan. Did so for 11/15/2023. Then Rock St. calls and says the doctor won't be in that day and they need to reschedule. Appointment ends up moving to 12/19/23. On 12/18, I get another call. Same thing. Appointment then moved to 1/24/2024. Get another call today, letting me know the doctor is no longer accepting new patients and if I like I can add the girls to a waiting list. I sincerely hope these clowns don't think they're going to bill me for that initial eval. Don't waste your time with these people.
