Had an appointment for my son to get his contacts fitted, they only had one contact in the office so booked another appointment over the phone a week later ensuring that I told the receptionist about the unavailable contact at last appointment. Came into the store to be told that our appointment was incorrectly booked as a maintenance contact lens appointment and that she was shortstaffed but we could wait for 1/2 hour or more till she was available as she needed 1/2 hour to go over how to take care of his contacts. We waited for 45 minutes while her other staff bungled about and did next to nothing only to be asked to come back the next day. We went back the next day as my son was on Xmas break and to go somewhere else during his break was not possible. Joceline took him in on time and after 15 minutes he came out. There was no apology for any of the inconvenience we experienced and surely this could have been done the day we waited for 45 minutes as there was a staff out front and it only took 15 minutes. My family had been going to this office for years but don't expect us to return. Joseline, as both myself and my 17 year old son experienced was cold, abrupt, and explained everything as being out of her control, basic message was too bad so sad, goodbye, not sorry. read more
