Dr. Fox is a rare find indeed!…read more I'm a very active person in my low 80s who is trying to cope with a compression fracture of a vertebrae in the lower lumbar area as well as a partially rotated disc in the upper spine area. His method of using soft tissue massage treatment and applying gentle pressure in the affected areas got me back to a point where I was able to continue with my strenuous hobbies of wood cutting/splitting, golfing and taking long hikes in our local State park. He helps you physically and teaches you exercises that strengthen the effective area to the point where muscle development becomes strong enough to make the spinal adjustments long lasting.

After several months of recovery I needed to find someone to help me continue my recovery during a cold winter. A family friend recommended for me to go see Dr. Mascetta, I hesitantly made the appointment. It was the best appointment I ever made and continue to make to this day. We went over my scans, discussed my healing, discussed what I do for a living having a physical job. We discussed what he wanted to do for helping me recover and most importantly, stating "we can fix this". After seeing him week after week for several months we spaced out my visits to bi weekly, and today, I see him when needed for adjustments that continue to help me daily with every day life. We developed a plan with what I need to do at home with important stretching and exercises to go along with the adjustments. I couldn't be more happy with my full recovery. I am fortunate to have his office nearby locally in Ridgefield. His office staff are phenomenal, professional and most importantly, family oriented. Today, I'm fully recovered, if it wasn't for being introduced to Dr. Mascetta and his staff, I don't know where I would be today regarding my back injury. Thank you Dr. Mascetta.
