WATCH OUT when you take your vehicle for a visual inspection. I was told the inspection was $65…read moreand they charged me $118. The front desk said that they were only going to charge for the computer diagnosis and not the visual inspection. But I never requested any computer check because my car didn't have any service lights 'on'. But I just wanted for them to give me the report on my car and get out of there. Because the day before I left my car like at 08:30 and I was told they would be done with visual inspection that same day but I called at 5:30 pm and was told they didn't have time to check it and if I wanted to leave it overnight or pick it up and bring it again in the morning. Not even an apology for not calling me in advanced so I could make plans to get a ride for work the next day. So anyways WATCHOUT again with that front deck don't let them poke your eyes like they did to me. Make sure they tell you straight out how much you're gonna pay. The mechanics did a great job though but I can't say the same about the front desk. Sorry but it is what it is.

Took my pickup here for a replacement transmission. The first issue was it took them 2 weeks to…read morestart working on it sitting in the parking lot. Once they finally put the new unit in it was faulty and wouldn't shift from 1st to 2nd gear. After 2 more tries they finally got it to work correctly... Until today. I'm now sitting on the side of the highway at the closest shop I could find. where they informed me the 6 bolts holding the transmission to the transfer case were finger tight. Which the technician said is the fault of the shop that installed it. After calling JR Martinez and politely asking if they would be willing to do anything I got a very short fused woman on the phone. So all this to say, not olny are the mechanics bad, and the parts faulty, but the customer service also sucks! I will not be returning to JR Martinez South!

Unethical to say the least. They gave me a quote when they thought I was going to pay in my own for…read morethe repairs. As son as they found out I was going to get a check from the insurance issued out to them, they said that the quote was not guaranteed because they know that the insurance can pay for more damages and they would have to disassemble the door to look for internal damages of the door DENT. Seriously! That's one of the reasons insurance prices are so high...because of these people.

The lug nuts of our rear passenger wheel snapped off and our tires nearly fell off completely. De Leon answered the call, and rescued us from the middle of nowhere. We're so thankful he was able to do that because we got back on the road and finished our trip with very little delay. We reached our destination safe and sound thanks to De Leon Auto.
