I wanted to love this place because the woman working the counter was so nice! First time customer here and not knowing how long of a wait for their pizza. They said 15-20 minutes. I explained I wouldn't be there until 5:40 for pick up and she said she will plan it accordingly. Then I get inside and I got into a whole conversation with her about good blue chese and bad blue chese. She understood my blue cheese battle and agreed! Since she confirmed it has chunks and comes in the gallon container I assumed it was the good blue cheese so I asked for a blue cheese. I got to my car and peeked inside the bag- she gave me two! Thank you!! And by the way- South Street reps the good blue cheese! The location is clean, modern and plenty of parking on a main road. One picnic table outside and a few tables inside. Calm environment. The pizza: perfect amount of pepperoni (but not the curl up little cups of pepperoni's) and cheese. I like a little more sauce. The crust is very basic. South Street Pizza is awesome, I wish we had tried it sooner! During the quarantine we decided to branch out and try some new places and this is now our go to. Food always arrives hot within about 30 minutes and everyone from the staff answering the phones to the delivery driver are super friendly. South Street Pizza is a little shop right next to a cool antique store, right on Route 1A in Plainville. It's what you would expect out of a pizza shop, however, the inside of this place has been set up very well with a cozy and warm atmosphere inside. I went near the holiday season, when they put up all sorts of cool decorations, and showing from some of the other pictures, it seems they do this for other holidays as well. They have a large, varied menu, but I've only been here once and my order was far from amazing. Honestly, pizza isn't all that great. It's sort of flavorless and the consistency wasn't that great. The other two people I was with said that the sandwiches they ordered were just "alright". Nothing special though. Menu consists of lots of pizzas, grinders, calzones, sandwiches, salads, egg grinders, steak grinders and more. The "party sheet pizza" did seem like a good item for professional events or business meetings. Staff here are friendly, and I guess to give a full opinion upon this place I would have to come back a few more times and try some of the other menu items. Unfortunately, I live too far away to make it feasible to come back. Maybe if I was in the area I'd try again, but I would probably go somewhere else with more promising food. Also, when I priced my order based on what is listed on the website, it came to $40, but when I place the order over the phone it was $60 (which is kind of a lot for pizza delivery for 3 people). I get it, the website says prices are subject to change, but I think people should be aware they can expect to pay 50% more than what is advertised unless they have an updated paper menu. read more

I had a large delivery order (150 people!) for a kids' birthday party and the service was fantastic! I've never been to the shop, but preferred a vendor near the venue that offered party-size sheet pizzas. Although they don't open until Noon on Sundays, they were happy to work with me, open early, and have nine pizzas (three types) and salad made and delivered before opening at 11:30 AM. As they knew I'd be busy at the party, they took down both mine and my husband's phone numbers, came into the venue to personally find us, and helped to bring them all in / set up. We couldn't have asked for better service and several of the guests inquired about / complimented on the food. In a crowded field of Pizza joints in Plainville and North Attleboro South Street Pizza is easily one of the best. My favorite: The South Street Special pizza. It is the best value in town! It comes LOADED with Pepperoni, Sausage, Hamburger, Mushrooms, Onions, Green Peppers & Black Olives. It is so good and is one of the heaviest pizzas I've ever had. My wife's favorite: Stephanie's pizza with White Sauce, Grilled Chicken, Broccoli & Garlic. We rarely stray from either of our favorites but when we have we've been very happy with our choices. The pizza is always excellent! One negative worth noting: We usually order a Greek salad with our pizza but we have stopped ordering those from South Street because we they don't offer a very good salads. The Greek salads from Plainville House of Pizza or Spero's in North Attleboro are our clear favorites. In the mood for some high quality pizza South Street Pizza is an easy choice! read more

I order from here a lot and have never really had any issues. I work at the outlets so the fact that it's right down the street is really convenient, and when I don't feel like going to get it they offer free delivery to the outlets too which is nice. The staff could be friendlier and the delivery people are a little goofy but they're not bad overall. The food is really good and the prices aren't bad. read more
