The flower drop off was supposed to happen at 9am. The florist notified me via text 12 minutes before 9am that they were at the venue dropping off our flowers. I asked the florist to wait because we would be there at 9am. The florist responded later that they had already left. My Dad pulled up to the venue right as the florist was leaving and they did not stop. I pulled up a few minutes before 9am. It seemed like the florist dropped off bad flower boquets and knew it. I know flowers open up through out the day and that I ordered smaller boquets, but my wedding flower boquets seemed old with the exception that the floral cross arrangemnet looked great. My order felt like it was thrown together with whatever white roses were around and not carefully thought through and planned. The vibe I get is for Floral Designs by Randi to care you need to be spending big money. I really wish that people valued all of their customers because after all it's everyone's wedding day despite how much money they are spending. Additionally, I will be speaking to my venue as well to share my experience. I do not want other brides to go through this experience.

There's about 20,000 ft.² of rock, gem and prehistoric related items here. This is the ultimate place to get your mineral fix with thousands of fossils and gemstones to choose from. But that's not the only thing they sell here. You'll also find singing bowls, gongs, T-shirts, wind chimes, insence and literature on spiritualism. There's an additional area called the rock Depot where you could buy raw unfinished minerals by the ounce. The staff is not fully trained and aware of shaping a straw hat evident as the young lady tried to to bend by hand without steaming. Wearing a hat for 50 years that's 101. She started to crease the hat and misshape it. I offered guidance by showing the nice young lady the steps to shape the hat. The elderly manager on duty demanded that I step away from the section where the steamer was located of which i had no intention of using. I tried to explain that the process being used would damage to the hat. Unfortunately the manager came across as disconcerning and lack of knowledge.
