They are incredibly caring, patient, and deeply knowledgeable about early childhood education, sparking curiosity and a love for learning in the kids. My child is a super picky eater, but the staff is amazing at working with me to ensure mealtimes are positive and tailored to her needs. The communication here is fantastic--daily updates and as-needed feedback keep me in the loop, and during the first week, Mrs. Anne kept me posted daily on how my child doing every transition and activity that really put my mind at ease. Mrs. Anne surprised me with my child's moments with friends and while she is doing her work, playtime that sparked my days while I am at work. The daycare makes holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter so festive and fun, and they go above and beyond for birthdays and farewells, especially for kids transitioning to TK, kindergarten, or moving away--those moments feel so special! Summer water balloon days and the Halloween party are huge hits with the kids, creating such joyful memories. The classrooms are always clean and tidy, with toys disinfected daily, and even the storeroom for toys is impressively organized. They have a set routine schedule everyday that is great for the children and the teachers always have such amazing activities that help the children with their learning skills. I can confidently say my son has grown so much in his social skills making friends and building his confidence and self esteem. He is just over 2 year old and knows how to count up to 20, knows the whole alphabet song and remembers the lyrics to a lot of the songs he sings at school. My son has been attending Anaheim Kids Academy for nearly four years, and although he officially graduated a couple of months ago, yesterday was his final day of summer school--and it was definitely bittersweet! This school has been such an incredible part of our lives. It is clean, organized, structured, and, most importantly, filled with so much love and care. They have truly helped me raise my little boy--from changing his diapers as a baby to helping him develop the structure, independence, confidence, and skills he needed to prepare for Kindergarten. Over the years, my son has made so many wonderful friends, and I have been lucky enough to make friendships of my own with many of the families. These are relationships we truly hope to continue for years to come. Their summer program is also wonderful, with so many fun and exciting activities that keep the kids engaged and happy throughout the summer. Overall, our experience at Anaheim Kids Academy has been nothing short of amazing, and I will forever be grateful for the role they have played in my son's early years. A very special thank you to Mrs. Natalie, who helped us finish this chapter stronger than ever. She has done an incredible job developing the TK program into what it is today, and we are so appreciative of all her hard work and dedication. I gave this place more grace than I probably should have. But my concerns eventually became serious…read moreenough that I felt I needed to report the facility to social services. * Unsafe sleep practices: I personally witnessed staff using aggressive physical behavior to get children to sleep and witnessed blankets completely covering children's heads during sleep. I began doing daily check-ins because I was so concerned about my own children. My children also started trying to cover themselves completely with blankets at bedtime, something I never allowed at home. After leaving, that behavior stopped. * Concerning behavioral changes: During their last few months there, both of my children started hitting and slapping. This is not behavior I use or model at home, and I wasn't sure if it was a toddler phase, something they picked up from other children, or something else in their environment. I can't say for certain what caused it, but since attending their new preschool, they are completely different kids. They no longer hit or slap and are incredibly gentle. * Unexplained bruising: I understand toddlers get bumps and bruises, but my son came home with new bruises very frequently. Repeated bruises on his arms that appeared similar to finger marks became especially concerning. Since starting his new preschool, I haven't seen the same pattern of injuries. Actually no injuries since. * Allergy concerns: They claimed to be "nut-free," yet I personally saw peanut M&M's at the front desk on two separate occasions. Because my child has a severe allergy, I immediately left with my child. I do want to acknowledge that there were some genuinely wonderful teachers, and the newer director was kind when I raised my concerns. But ultimately, I no longer felt safe leaving my children there. It's heartbreaking because this place had so much potential. I just hope sharing my experience helps other parents make an informed decision.

Great experience so far. Clean bathrooms and changing rooms…read more It seems like this 1-1 swim coaching is the way to go for young swimmers versus big classes. We love this kids' swim coaches now. I actually have holds on their classes to move my baby into when they are ready. Coach Colton has been great for my oldest. I see him do well with kids of all ages, but he definitely excels with the age 6+ group. He is teaching my son all the correct strokes and working on refining techniques and prepping for the swim team. I appreciate how reliable he has been and provides consistency to my child. He has somehow been able to challenge my child in a way that my kid is asking to do more and striving to be better. I didn't think we would be doing swim team (just wanted kids to not drown), but after working with Colton that's the new goal! Coach Adam is another angel. He pairs very well with my middle child. Adam seems to enjoy working with a kid even when the kid is difficult. I think the kids can sense that he appreciates them and that Adam loves his job. He plays with the kids at their level ... my kid is always trying to finish his classes with my Adam tossing him in the water or being silly with him. He is very skilled at redirecting kids and working on what makes sense for the kid that day. Observing him with other students, I get the sense that he has the gift of working well with children on the spectrum too. He seems to earn the trust of the kids and still push them on their skills. Coach Olivia is another great reliable coach. She made swimming fun for my kids and taught them all the basics. The first few months of lessons for a new swimmer isn't so rewarding for the parents because the child is doing necessary basics like floating and swim-roll-swim and it doesn't look like traditional swimming. I thank her for building all those necessary skills because now I can see them paying off and it all makes sense!

She has been absolutely wonderful--so patient, kind, and genuinely thoughtful in how she teaches. What really stands out is how she tailors her approach to each child. She makes learning fun by gamifying the process and tapping into what kids already love. For example, my son is obsessed with cars, and she'll "race" with him in the pool to keep him engaged. It turns lessons into something he looks forward to rather than something he has to do. The classes aren't cheap, but we've continued because the quality--especially with Ms. Kasity--has been worth it. We can see steady progress in his skills, and it's been really rewarding to watch his confidence grow in the water.
