You have no idea how grateful I was to hear that. He gave me two time options, and called me when he was on the way. I had no idea how much water had made its way into my flooring, so I was preparing myself for the worst. Turns out, it didn't end up being a catastrophe! Matthew used a thermal camera, and a moisture meter to inspect for moisture on the floor/subfloor and flex ducting. Once again, he was thorough at his job, and in his communication. It's difficult finding people that take pride in their work, are trustworthy, and do a great job. Jesus and Brandon were respectful of the space -- for example, when they had to take down some heavy closet doors and lean them against a wall, they put a cloth between the doors and the wall so as not to scratch the wall. They suggested fixes that in my mind went above and beyond, such as putting a layer of primer on the sheathing to help it resist moisture, should my roof leak again in the future. Hopefully I'll never need them again in the future, but if I do, they'll be the ones I call first.

And then we had two days of work. Both project managers, Eric and Greg were wonderful people. They did their best. I really appreciate it to work. And, overall, the team did a good job based on what I can tell from outside. They worked clean, they were respectful, they showed up on time. The only problem, and that's the reason that I only give 3 star, but not 5 star, is there is this one person in office, Lori. She's really hard to work with. She has an attitude. I had some question about this invoice. Some numbers initial didn't make sense to me. But the way she handles things with attitude, she gives me this tone while speaking - she is too much frustrated and frustrating customers too. If i am paying $8,000, i will ask question. I think that's the only thing that was down. I will consider it's Super Attic solutions -, maybe in the future, assuming that they're going to fix the folks in office and their attitude.
