I had an excellent experience with both Luis and the entire Canopy team. Luis took the time to meet with me in person and make sure I saw all of the tile colors and samples before making my decision. He was communicative and responsive throughout the entire process, the end result was perfect, and the price was very reasonable. Recently, I had a leak coming from an area under a flat roof that Canopy had not installed. I contacted the roofer who had done that portion of the roof to help diagnose and fix the issue, but unfortunately had a very frustrating experience (which I reviewed separately). I immediately called Luis to see if he could offer any advice or point me in the right direction. Luis answered the phone right away and, almost THREE years later, remembered me and addressed me by name. Even though this wasn't a part of the roof Canopy had installed--and they don't even do TPO flat roofs--Luis immediately offered to come to my house and help me figure out what was going on. He spent over an hour with me, listening carefully to what had happened, getting up on the roof to investigate, and helping me systematically test different areas with a hose to try to identify the source of the leak. After we thoroughly investigated the issue, he even offered to help me get a quote for the repair through a partner contractor who specializes in flat roofs. I am incredibly grateful not only for the quality of Canopy's work, but for the exceptional and genuinely personal customer service. The fact that Luis was willing to spend so much time helping me with an issue that wasn't even related to the roof Canopy installed says everything about the kind of company they are. I would absolutely recommend Canopy Roofing and Luis to anyone looking for a roofer. It's rare to find this level of professionalism, responsiveness, and personal care.

I had some issues with my soffits that came up during a routine annual insurance inspection, and Luis came out right away. When he came out, he told me that all that was needed was repositioning of the soffit panels (which he did) and it looked good as new. Since it ended up being a straightforward job, he didn't even charge me, even though he took the time to drive out and fix the issue. Will definitely be using this company for any of my roofing issues moving forward. 10/10 would recommend!

I was minding my own business at Home Depot buying something for the house, when The owner/installer approached me and started threatening to kick my ass because of the review I left him. He made a huge science asking me to go outside to fight. I was armed at the time, so didn't give in to his threats. Long story short HD employees called the cops and he took off. Who does that? I held back from this post for years in fear of retaliation because he knew where I lived and was afraid he would burn our house down, however, I've since moved from FLorida, so I wanted to warn others against this Psychopath.

Restoring Faith and Reducing Gray Hairs…read more If all my past experiences with Miami contractors had been this smooth, I wouldn't have so many gray hairs today. I contacted four roofing companies for quotes on my modest single-family home, but only three responded. Because I've had terrible experiences with all types of Miami contractors in the past, I sent each roofing company a detailed list of questions and requests. Of the three, only two replied, and the most complete and thoughtful responses came from Gigi at La Fe Roofing. The way Gigi answered every question thoroughly, instead of giving one-word replies, showed professionalism and a commitment to communication. Once the contract was signed, Gigi and her team at La Fe Roofing handled everything from submitting the HOA request to filing county permits. At the end of every day, the La Fe team secured all the materials and cleaned the area keeping my family safe from debris. The work progressed timely and Gigi kept me informed every step of the way. By the way, the La Fe price was also the best. This was by far the most stress-free experience I've ever had with a contractor. I highly recommend Gigi and La Fe Roofing, because with the integrity in their work, La Fe is restoring faith in Miami contractors.

He was easy to work with, calm, and reassuring. No sales tactics, no unnecessary upgrades--just a clear diagnosis and a precise solution. He saved us from having to redo the whole roof by focusing only on the actual problem areas. That's rare. A lot of roofers shy away from targeted repairs because they don't want the liability--or they just want the bigger job. But Anselmo was all about what we needed, not what would benefit his bottom line. If you want someone who shows up, knows what they're doing, and does the job right without any fluff, AM Waterproofing is a great bet.

We hired Perfect Roofing of FL to repair a roof leak on one of our restaurants based on the strong…read morereviews we saw online. The repair included a one-year warranty. Unfortunately, about three weeks after the work was completed, the leak returned. Three of us made multiple attempts to contact the company and left several messages requesting a callback but did not receive a response. After approximately four months, I was finally able to reach the owner of the company. We were told a crew would come on a Friday to inspect the issue, but no one arrived. After additional follow-ups, a crew eventually visited and indicated the problem might be related to plumbing. To verify this, we hired a licensed plumber and paid for an inspection. The plumber determined that the leak is coming from the roof. We also have video showing the water entering from the roof area. We have continued calling and leaving messages without a response, and the warranty is now close to expiring. We are still hoping the company will honor the warranty and help resolve the issue. If someone from Perfect Roofing of FL sees this review, we would appreciate being contacted so the situation can be addressed. We chose this company based on reviews, but our experience with communication and warranty follow-through has been disappointing.

Caston was very price competitive and their varied references were were candid and spoke highly of their work and workmanship. Replacement of a large roof is messy work and Jason Caston and his crew took measures to protect our landscaping, driveways and pool and deck areas - everyday. Recently we noticed a leak from a bathroom ceiling! Jason responded immediately and after a thorough examination it turned out our the sealing of our stone/coral chimney (40 years old) had finally succumbed to age. Water was leaching through the chimney seams. Prior to ascertaining it was the chimney and completely repairing that leak, Jason and his team did meaningful replacement work of a section of our roof which proved unnecessary. His company probably spent 6 full days in repairing the roof (unnecessary) and the chimney. He replaced the bathroom ceiling and repainted that room! Caston Roofing exceeded our expectations in every respect!
