Very family friendly environment! We got there right when they opened and it was not crowded. They do bowling and laser tag!! Check out the deals they have going on! They have the bumper lanes as a choice and ball roller to hep littles. Lots of different size balls to choose from. They have food and drinks you can order while you play. We had a blast! They had a promo price for August for all you can bowl for $10, and that made it worth it. We went during the day, which made it worth it. The food was good for the price. The drink issue, however, was totally different. The drinks AND REFILLS are ridiculously overpriced. That, and you can't bring drinks from the outside. The maintenance of all the lanes seems to be neglected. I don't understand how it can be so busy all the time with no money going towards the whole builds maintenance. None of the arcade games are working, the lanes boards are getting warped, and the pool tables need new felt. The pin machines seem to reset themselves while someone is bowling on their frames. Overall the one plus of this bowling ally is that the bathrooms were clean. read more

Negative 3 stars! Where do I Begin? There's a sign that says no outside food. Clearly the employees are bringing their own food in 90% of the arcade is down and the machines that are functioning, reject coins bowling balls are chipped and cracking laser tag, non-functioning and if you try to ask for a refund, they will give you a rain check to come back to the same broken machinery and rude customer service. and I say rude customer service because I overheard the blonde speaking ill of customers that were only like 35 feet away. The redhead girl stated she was a manager and said the owner will not let her give out refunds which is illegal unless they provide a written policy for refunds, rebates or rain checks, which they did not have!!! do yourself a favor and stay far away this Place can't last any longer by nickel and diming customers I don't think it's the employees fault as they know what a lost cause the establishment is I hope you can all find better jobs and abandon that sinking ship find somewhere that you can be proud to work and not feel you the way way you do .beware not a good family place for fun . Serious bowlers stay away, terrible lane maintenance. Terrible prices, left my ball with huge black marks. 8$ a game. Go to coin crazy.. brand new lanes. No string pins. And 5$ a game. Meanwhile at south county they probably re oil the lanes once a decade. Didn't even have to wipe down my ball, literally no oil. Like a joke or something. Overall a pretty gross environment. I only ever went here because they had a unlimited bowling deal. Which was posted on the Facebook, but I come back like a month later and they said it's not a thing. My ball kept getting stuck in the return. Pins would fly out on to the lane. The lanes all have big warps. The guy next to me split his brand new ball in the return. They know it's a issue too because they have passive aggressive signage about equipment issues not being their responsibility. No adults working the whole building. Only one employee was actually working, rest on their phones. Really a shame such a large facility is going to waste. And it doesn't make sense that the place is so badly kept up when it gets packed every night. Where is the money going... read more

This was our first time visiting this bowling alley. It was actually a lot better than what I had planned. (After reading lots of bad reviews) I would have given them a 5 star if it wasn't for the bathroom. (Not the cleanest, and a bit run down) They were so nice and took very good care of us. No wait. The staff was rude and the other lady was in her phone and acted like she didn't see us. The lanes were having issues as if they weren't polished possibly. The keyboard had letters that didn't work, the vending machines worked half the time tried. Laser tag didn't work, that was what we were most excited about. Arcade was closed down. Kids lost interest quickly. So much for a fun birthday/family get together. One of the lady's the one on her phone didn't know how to do much and kept asking the more onery manager questions who finally said tell them it's broke and can't play laser tag. I was pleasantly surprised with how good the bagel breakfast sandwiches were, with the added bonus of $1 bowling with breakfast it made it pretty fun. The breakfast calzones were also decent but a little too salty. The lazer tag is pretty fun and the bowling is standard. The only complaint is that my lane broke down, we waited a while to finally be able to talk to an employee, and even still it was 10 minutes before I had to go back up to the front desk and request a lane change because our lane was never repaired. read more

Terrible employees , bad environment and terrible conditions for kids and families. 1. It's over 85 (probably over 90. They wouldn't tell us the inside temperature) degrees inside with no air conditioning going. It's hot and stuffy ( almost like sitting in a hot car in a parking lot). Not good for kids due to this reason. We left after 10 minutes of being there. Bowled 3 times and asked for a refund due to conditions and wouldn't even acknowledge there was a problem. 2. Employees and useless. Can't even touch the air conditioning. Cant refund money and just make excuses. Comes down from ownership. Is name is apparently "Bob" at least that's what "Bobby" said. 3. They don't even have decent shoes or your shoe sizes. Wast of time and money. I encourage anyone thinking of bowling just drive to Provo or Orem area and get a place that actually has AC good employees and the amenities are good. Fat cats would be great! read more

Very sad this place has went down hill. The customer service here horrible, we tried to call the morning of wanting to reserve a lane and they told us no, it must be 12 hours in advance. When we showed up to bowl they had no lanes which we understand happens, but then proceeded to tell us if we want to reserve it must be 24 hours in advance. They were very rude and put out we even asked to reserve a lane. Hopefully if we ever go here again it will be a better experience! read more

Staff is rude and spends more time chatting with their friends than working. Don't bring in outside food but the staff can.

We looked up hours online and it stated the bowling alley was open on Sundays. So on the last day my grandchildren were here in Utah we though it would be a great family fun idea. We pull up to the door to find out they were closed and under New management. Apparently New management failed to update their hours online...epic fail. read more

I like this place. I went here with our local BSA Troop. After bowling they gave the kids a tour of the machinery behind the scenes. Cody was really great with the kids. I haven't eaten at every food joint in Payson/Salem/Santaquin...but for the ones I have visited....this bowling alley has the BEST FRENCH FRIES I've had in a long time.
