While in town for the weekend, my wife and I were looking online for a breakfast place. Lo and behold, the bowling alley came up as a recommended option. What?! Sure enough, they have a little diner inside that serves a full-on breakfast. It seems that this is where the locals go and if you know anything about small town folk, you understand that when new people walk into their space, they check you out. I've never felt so many sets of eyes on me when I walked into a public space. Oh well, that's to be expected in small towns. Hi ya'll!! The entire place was being managed by one server. This one individual lady was running back and forth, checking on tables, refilling coffee and bringing out orders. It was impressive to see her work. The food was pretty good-especially for the ridiculously low price. For real, I've paid more for McDonald's breakfast. I'm not complaining! Next time I'm in town and want to throw the bowling ball while also enjoying eggs and bacon, I know where I'm going. read more

First of all they get an extra star for being within walking distance from the hotel and you can also order a beer or Seagram's. No hard alcohol. Service was good, especially for being a group of 16 that showed up on a Tuesday evening. They offer a variety of options besides your basic baskets like steak, hot beef sandwiches, salads, and fried chicken. Plus the usual fried appetizers if you're in the mood for something hot and cheesy. I had the steak that was seasoned nicely and cooked to my preference, medium rare with mashed potatoes (white or brown gravy). My boyfriend enjoyed the country fried steak and even came back to eat it the next morning. They are open everyday at 7 a.m. and close late in the evening. The "scones" are basically fry bread, they are complementary with a steak or dinner selection. Very hot and delicious with the honey butter packets. The flavor reminds me of a toaster strudel. This is a nice local hangout. The food is great diner food. We had breakfast two mornings and were happy both days.

We came here to celebrate my son's birthday and were told that we couldn't bowl, since the men's league was that evening. My eight year old son was pretty disappointed, since there aren't many places around to celebrate a birthday. It wouldn't have really mattered though... this place is totally inaccessible for anyone in a wheelchair. No ramps to the lanes and no place to put a portable ramp if we had brought one. Tonight we were on a wait list and along with 4-5 other names we were crossed out while sitting in the waiting area with no text or name called out. When we asked why we were crossed out and other names were added to the wait list we were given excuses of "I got busy and stressed out." When I asked for a manager I was told there is not a manager and everyone is just teenagers, as well as that they are not allowed to give out a managers number. read more

I look forward to returning to this bowling alley. The staff is very friendly and always ready to help with any problem, which tend to be very few. The lane is well maintained and the system is simple to figure out. They have a large selection of balls to choice from, which I like because my fingers rather large. They have plenty of lanes so crowds are not typically a problem. Besides bowling they also have a selection of academic games and pool tables. The food and drink is also top knotch. read more

There was a nice variety of options on the menu. Our burgers have been good at times, but charred and dry other times. We enjoyed the onion rings. The dining area didn't feel particularly clean, but that was kind of the vibe of the bowling alley as it was pretty old. read more

Our waitress was a sweetheart and we had fun bowling and playing pool but the food was bad !!! It was dry as hell, no flavor and our fried food was soggy. I seen the chef plating our food with his bare hands no gloves after scratching his head. They wipe down the countertop with a dirty rag just to go back and put my fries on the plate with no gloves once again. I DONT recommend eating at this place and it was a waste of $88.76 !!! I'm wondering if the health department visits here because it's much needed !!! read more

We went in to go bowling on a Saturday night with our 8 & 9 year old kids. We were told the wait would be twenty minutes. While we were waiting I overheard the employee (Kent) tell the next people in line if they gave him $20 he would bump them up in line. When we confronted him about it he said, "it is what it is, I don't get paid enough here". We requested to play a second game and Kent told us no, they were too busy. Before we were able to finish our first game he came up and told us we were bowling too slowly. He ended up shutting our lane down before we were able to finish our game and sent the next group of bowlers over. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I've lived here my entire life and have been going to the bowling alley since I was a kid. I doubt I will ever go back since this is not the first terrible experience I have had. read more

I came in to go bowling with some friends we were playing some games! We ordered food and drinks! About a half an hour before they are supposed to close they deny me and my friends refills on our drinks. In my experiences of coming in here it has never been that great of service and they usually have bad attitudes. I work at a restaurant and as long as there are customers you aren't supposed to close anything that they might need. read more

It's all from service only one waitress was on she was a huge meanie yelled at my mom cause she asked for silverware before our food got cold then gave her a dirty gravy dripping fork also everything we asked for got thrown on our table while she chewed us out like it was our fault. Then we had to ask for the rest of our food. Usually one of the best spots in town and my family loves it so fun n great food but the waitress will keep us away for now till she is gone. We were excited to stop here for part of our family reunion. I arranged all the details months before with the manager and was quoted a price that we felt would be suitable for everyone. When we arrived, we were impressed with the look, but the air conditioning wasn't the greatest. Then we were not given the price that was promised by the manager. In fact, it was almost double what we were planning on. All in all, I believe everyone enjoyed themselves, we were just disappointed in the way the management handled our situation. read more
