I called a week ago - told them I wanted to do the repair I was given an estimate on - 2 rear wheel bearings replaced - estimate-$672- go to pick up car it was $627 for 1. I was dumbfounded- long story short- tells me only 1 was bad - the bill is for one - which is double the estimate- he tells me.. oh that was from the old manager- he's no longer here!!! It's not $360 for 1 rear wheel bearing hub kit - anywhere!!!!! Hour of labor too.. So sad as I liked them .. I guess I liked the old manager that wasn't ripping people off!

They were able to add us to the schedule and completed the inspection in an hour. Their report was thorough and helped allay some concerns from the Carfax report (mainly regarding accident repair). They were polite and friendly. If I lived in the area, I'd definitely be using them for any and all maintenance.

I was able to get in immediately. The advisor was very polite. The waiting room was spacious and clean with comfortable chairs, a coffee machine And snack vending machine. Within a reasonable time, my car was serviced. The advisor sat with me and went over all of the items that had been looked at (all of the major ones), which were also listed on a printed sheet along with suggestions on their expected life. The good news was that nothing else needed immediate attention and no one tried to push any extra services on me. I had some questions about delaying some of the suggested repairs and felt that they were answered honestly. My car was also washed and vacuumed for free.! Overall it was a very good experience!

($1298 Pre-delivery fee, $589 Electronic Reg. Filing fee, and $189 PTA Fee). I brought it to the attention of the sales manager Jon Cruz, that these fees are included in the advertised price as stated in the Purchase Price Disclosure on their website. After 20 minutes of corrections of these fees to the contract, I agreed to the contract and ask them to contact my sister-in-law in Michigan for whom the vehicle was for, and to do the purchase via DocuSign. Certainly a dealership that sells 100s of vehicles knowingly, willingly, and intentionally knew of the fee inclusion and was hoping that I didn't catch it When I arrived home, I checked the sales tax amount and found that they overcharged $84. But it didn't stop there. They charged $500 for license plate fee. When the State of Michigan charges $15 for a tag transfer! I brought these errors to the salesman's attention and he said that the GSM would contact me shortly. 3 hours later, no call. And my sister-in-law in Michigan never got the call at 3pm to close on the vehicle. IF YOU DON'T HEED THESE WORDS OF WARNING THEN DOUBLE CHECK ALL OF THE NUMBERS IN THE CONTRACT

It seems the different dept are separate entities and don't work together to meet the needs of the customer. This issue is requiring a lot of work on my part with emails and phone calls but no resolution. We would have been better off buying a boat from a person. Lesson learned!
