She has called 12 times in the past 2 weeks to get this fixed under "warranty". What a joke. And not a funny one! Always use Safelite. These people are scammers. They spent two weeks telling her she never was their customer until she pulled her bank statement and proved it! This is a small family business and they did a fantastic job with my windshield. Sure enough, 40 minutes and $53 later, my windshield is looking great and fixed just about perfectly (there's a tiny blemish still there that couldn't be completely removed). When I asked him what I should do if it started to spider again, he promptly stated, "I'll give you your money back, no questions asked." It may take him a little while to return your phone call, because he's pretty much running the show, but I was super impressed with the work, the price and the guarantee. Other huge companies may be "easier", but you won't get a more fair price or better workmanship than at Sarasota Auto Glass.

YOU WANT TO READ THIS…read more I edited my review after learning that we could request an OEM - Original Equipment Manufacturer glass, otherwise they wouldn't bother to offer it. Mine was installed today, the brand name is Fuyao. I wish I could get original Toyota one. I even mentioned to them that I almost installed at Toyota dealership. Had my windshield damaged by a rock on the highway and replacement was handled through my insurance. The reservation process couldn't have been easier--everything was set up in minutes without me having to do much at all. When I arrived, check-in was fast and smooth. The staff was ready for me, and they got started on the repair right away. The whole process was quicker than I expected, and the quality of work looks great. Please note that I choose morning appointment. And it gets busier around 9 am. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, and had just what I needed to pass the time--nothing fancy, but definitely decent. They have a couple tables, where I can do my work while waiting. They also provide coffee. I anticipate about 3hrs (that's what they told me) since they need to recalibrate the windshield as well BUT it's ended up quicker than expected. Overall, a smooth and efficient experience from start to finish. Since I am covered by my insurance, I can only guess that they have a reasonable pricing. Would recommend!
