I contacted Sarasota Auto Glass, via my insurance company, when the windshield of my 2016 Honda Civic got cracked by a flying rock. Matt was incredibly speedy, he ordered the windshield yesterday and installed it today while I waited - the process took less than two hours. The replacement was completed and system recalibrated in about an hour. They recommended that I avoid car washes for a day or two. I know nothing about replacing windshields, but the car looked great cosmetically. Provided it does not leak when it comes a driving rain or I go to the carwash it was 5 star service. I'm feel confident that should there be any issues they will make it right.

Jessica From Service was so welcoming and made it easy to make an appointment. Daren in service was also a pleasure to meet. I was so pleased with everything and everything they told me was exactly what happened. They treated me like a queen and I would definitely buy a new car from this place or get my car serviced again. This never happens with a dealer so this place is rare and I would highly recommend it. Also Kaleb was engaging and informative. He was also a pleasure to meet.

Car post was taken down and then was sent a proposal of adjusted selling price of $20,360.00 with Out The Door price of $24,770.11!?!? One of the ladies, I think her name was Dalia Garza, mentioned that they raised it the adjusted selling price to $20,360 because my credit score was 580. Nope, my Experian FICO Auto 2 and 8 score was around 634. I'm okay with the taxes and other fees, thats how dealers make money. What I was not okay was being lied to about the adjusted selling price. I was able to take a screenshot of their car post at that $17,395 price before it was taken down. I mentioned this to Tyler that I felt bamboozled from the beginning, tricked into a deal that had false promotional price advertising. In the end, I did not go with that deal. I would like to say though that Tyler and Dalia were nothing but extremely nice professionals to work with. It's not a knock on them per se. Whoever is the manager and/or controlled the pricing of posts, is essentially lying. Pictures attached for evidence.

Tammy has been fantastic and keeps you aware of the things that need to be done or not done to your car, to keep it in good condition. I trust her knowledge and her opinions are spot on. I presented a car that was left sitting for an extended period of time and requested to get it looked over to see if it would be safe enough to drive over 800 miles away. I was presented with a reasonable list of repairs and maintenance items. Although I chose to do some of the work myself to save money, I was not treated any differently. After the repairs were complete I unfortunately experienced an issue that caused the car to not start properly. I panicked and had the car towed back to the shop instead of leaving. While reviewing the business card that the service advisor provided to me, I learned that I had "24 Hour access to the Owner". I called Danny at 10PM and left a voicemail, just after leaving the voicemail he returned my call. He eased my mind and suggested the fix was probably a simple fix. I eagerly waited for the shop to open and consulted with the service advisor. The shop promptly addressed an oversight where a technician forgot to tighten some bolts, which resulted in an engine grounding issue. Management immediately admitted fault, resolved the problem without charge, and got me back on the road again. I was able to make it the full 800 miles without issue. I very much appreciate the candor and the understanding of Beiler's Auto Repair. If I were in Sarasota, I would suggest them to others.

So when my…read moregrandson was traveling from Tampa to Ft Myers and he stopped in Sarasota to say hi and then told us he had an issue with his car he needed to get fixed ASAP (on a Friday afternoon) I thought of Beiler's. I called and Dan said to bring the car over and they would take a look. In less than 30 minutes they took care of the issue and this very appreciative grandmother no longer had to worry about her 19 year old grandson with a broken down car on the side of I75. I would definitely recommend them.

I waited all day for them to show up and at the last hour called them to discover they didn't even order my glass yet. I had this appointment 2 days prior and specifically request they call me if it doesn't work out. They said it will take 4-5 More business days to receive the glass.... Are You Kidding!! With Florida rain and now a busted out window.....I called Gulf Coast Auto Glass and they overnighted my glass, came out and installed it in less than 48 hrs. They said it would be less than 24 hours if I didn't call so late. These people at Gulf Coast really care and have a tight business with there customers! Do their best they can to take care of you. They accepted my deductible as full payment from me, so no out of pocket cost. Also the agent with my insurance company left me skeptical with the impression that I could be paying out of pocket with other companies. Creating fear tactics that I need to go with there recommendation; Safelite company they get kick backs from. I figured it out.. on my own they buy and sell you as a customer. Really thinking about changing insurance company after this experience! What else do they have up there sleeve? Don't go with Safelite!.... Gulf Coast Auto Glass ROCKS!!! .
