After a quick review of our policies, Lisa proposed various ways to optimize our policies by increasing our coverage while saving cost. And all this, with a smile and a professional and kind demeanor, great customer service, honesty, and prompt follow up. Lisa truly restored our faith in Farmers Insurance after we almost lost it because of our previous agent's multiple failures to meet our needs. Their entire staff is professional, attentive, and efficient, and we enjoyed interacting with Terrie as well. We are thankful for the great customer service and professional handling of our insurance policies, and warmly recommend Lisa Newell's Farmers Insurance Agency.
