The staff are very professional, they have clients get together events 3 to 4 times a year! Their office looks like a Law Office. However, they seems to be more like a financial broker firm than a financial planning firm. They put each client into certain risk tolerance bucket. If your risk tolerance has a rating of 50 as a result of your age, then they give you a set of investment options. I attended a seminar and thought it was impressive but never got a call back or follow up??? Who would go through all that and not follow up on the leads generated. Natalie Shirley is a wunderkind at BML! Whenever I have a question, or there's something I need right away, she responds immediately. Recently we had many difficult and frustrating issues around trying to provide the information needed by a home loan bank on two of our annuities handled by Shane Brosnan, our amazing financial advisor at BML. Shane asked Natalie to jump on coordinating everything with Security Benefit, and she accomplished what needed to happen in record time, enabling us to close our home refi before our interest rate expired.
