I found this office online while searching for home insurance for a California fair plan policy. My home is in a high fire risk area so I called with many questions and got immediate assistance over the phone and my questions were answered quickly and professionally. I basically had no other option and I was assured that my premium was a set amount so I basically couldn't shop around as I'd get the same quote elsewhere. It is pricey however I was relieved that I found an agency to provide the insurance I needed quickly. I was contacted by Jade. Right off the top several Red Flags went up. She wanted a copy of my current policy without any disclosure documents. Then she started to tell me that I did not qualify for FAIR, when I had already talked directly with FAIR and knew differently. Also, in shopping around I had already received FAIR plan quotes. Overall she raised lots of red flags, and left me feeling uncomfortable. I think she went in making a lot of incorrect assumptions. She was not willing to validate her poor assumptions. And, she continued on in an inappropriate fashion. This leads me to believe that she would not find something in my best interest. I would be very hesitant before using Unity One based on my experience. read more

We are thrilled that we found Unity One. Jade is our agent by far is the best insurance agent we have worked with. She is handling all of our insurance needs - home, auto, umbrella and earthquake. We were with State Farm for decades and rather then waiting to be cancelled we had Jade find us new insurance and then cancelled all our State Farm policies. She was very knowledgeable, reviewed several alternatives and options with us and at the end of the day we secured better coverage then we had with State Farm with a company that had a higher rating. Allstate dropped me after almost 40 years because I had the misfortune of having two claims within one year - one of which they got reimbursed for because someone else (a vendor) took responsibility for the damage.
