I specialise in Chinese restaurants that are middle market and this is a new one to me. Of the all-you-can-eat genre, it's pretty darn good. It's not Mandarin but even they're not everywhere! Good basic selection; good price ... a good option! Accessible access to premises and washrooms. read more

This is one of the stops for bus tours. As always, tours look restaurants with cheapest cost but ok food quality to keep cost down and this restaurant met their list. Overall, I like the chopsuey; especially the green beans. There is enough veggies but lack of meat selections. Their fried chicken wings is the best. Salad selections are very limited. This was compensated for the availability of sushi, with mainly rolls. Only 4 selections of deserts but plenty of ice cream flavours to choose from. If you are looking for a cost effective and ok food quality Chinese buffet, you can give this one a try but don't expect too much. read more

This place is awful. Not only does it have dirty floors with ignorant "hostess's" the food is disgusting. We went here one day for lunch about 3 weeks ago. I was witness to a hostess with his hand right up the crack of his butt (over his pants) scratching for a prolonged period of time and then proceeded to seat people and give them cutlery ect. They do not wear any uniform and look like they are there to hang out in their hoodies and t shirts. The hostess had no idea what MSG was and looked at me like I was dumb asking. The wiping of the tables is interesting as they wipe everything off the table right into the already deplorable floors. The food was gross and tasted like it had been all re heated in a microwave. There was zero on that buffet that was fresh or "homemade" I ate French fries just to have something in my stomach. The coughing from the workers was alarming....I will never ever step foot near this place again. It should be shut down and I have no idea how this can pass with an inspector on the front side I cannot imagine the back of the house. read more

Absolutely awful, rude, coughing, unprofessional hostess's. Three guys were wearing hoodies one hoodie said it's my day off on it. They were constantly coughing right into their bare hands then putting straws into drinks. This behaviour turned me off right from the beginning, the food was not fresh or made in the restaurant just re heated. Then I went to wash my hands and almost died when I went into the disgusting washrooms. I will never return and would not recommend this place. read more

Attended the South China Buffet tonight for a special occasion. It was absolutely terrible! All the food on the buffet was cold. The vegetables were mushy. The meat was tough. The service was poor. Will never return, and would never recommend it! Left hungry. read more

Amazing restaurant, great clean environment, and a friendly staff that doesn't let your drink empty.

My husband and I had been going to this restraint quite regularly on Sunday around 2 pm so that we would have late lunch then not have to cook dinner later. Well we went on march 10 2 pm and rude hostess rushes at the door saying no food even though restraunt is pretty busy with people eating, strange but ok and left. then again Sunday 2pm march 17 we went there same rude hostess comes at us at door saying no food even though people are eating in fact one person walked between her and us with a plate of food I then said what there is food look everyone is eating then she says NO FOOD FOR YOU , YOU GO AWAY this has left us totally bewildered as to what the problem is really . My husband is in a wheelchair but they have allowed us service before this . we left and will never go back. We went to HONG KONG BUFFET it was much better , more selection, food was good ,much nicer staff, and the whole place including bathrooms was much cleaner. I did ask to talk to owner or manager told they don't know name of owner and this rude hostess was also the manager . To me this was deliberate discrimination towards us .
