People need their medication and when you have the wrong hours listed on your website, this could be a huge problem. All I can say is do better. Sidenote, since the gate was just going down, they saw me pull up and I even hit the call button and they did not even acknowledge me, and there were several people in there, I could see them clearly. I could also hear them laughing because the speaker must have been on. I literally sat that there for 10 min. Extremely RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.

She made certain to have all…read morethe information readily available prior to having the prescription electronically sent, as the medication is quite a delicate one. From the beginning, she felt they were very prejudicial about it, even saying "the insurance needed preauthorization" for a medication she had been taking for over a dozen years. When she called to ask what the issue was, they ran it again and it was just fine. Today, they called to say they couldn't fill the medication because the prescriber wasn't in the immediate area and they could only fill those from the immediate area. Mind you, they've filled it several times but they just "couldn't believe it hadn't been flagged before". It's from less than 3 hours away and insurance is perfectly fine-filled perfectly on time. Then it was a "Good luck finding another pharmacy!" This has been a terrible experience for my wife, who had been so happy to have the ease of a hometown pharmacy. I would suggest you avoid this pharmacy if you aren't a local or have a medication they may not agree with (Even if they don't know why you take it or your health history). It often concerns me that pharmacists have the power to make medical decisions that should be between a patient and their physician. I understand abuse of medications happens, but utilizing common sense happens, as well.

On 3 separate occasions, I did a ton of shopping, went to checkout and there were no lines for anyone who wanted to write a check because ALL of them went on break at the same time! The managers were of no help and suggested i checkout all my groceries at self checkout, find someone to cancel it out and then bring it to customer service. It was that or wait for everyone to come back from break. WOW! Lose a customer for life. Apparently not this managers problem. She said they were having problems getting cashiers. Huge shoutout to one of the absolute best pharmacies out there--Stone Ridge Pharmacy in Aldie, VA!…read more If you're looking for a pharmacy where you feel like family, look no further! The head pharmacist and owner, Satish, is an incredible ally in your healthcare journey. His team is fantastic, and the vibe at Stone Ridge Pharmacy is all about one goal: delivering the most accurate, well-informed, and easily understandable information about your medications. Seriously, they make managing my medications a breeze, and I can't thank them enough! Let me share a bit about my experience. I've got a chronic illness that used to run my life, but I took the reins and decided to make it work for me. I did my research, trusted my instincts, and relied on common sense. Now, thanks to Satish and his amazing team, I'm living life on my terms! I take a whole bunch of medications--13 core ones, to be exact! Stone Ridge organizes them into a convenient monthly pack, with everything sorted by morning and night (they even have the day of week, date, and morning is one color and night is another; really making it hard to miss doses). And it doesn't stop there! They provide me with PRN medications in their own bottles, plus one liquid and one powder. Here's the kicker: they even offer premeasured packets for my powder and a syringe stopper for my liquid meds! Talk about going the extra mile! I'll admit, I was a bit hesitant to have a pharmacy that's 22 miles away as my go-to, but let me tell you--it's TOTALLY worth it! Unlike big national chains like CVS that often run out of popular meds and leave you waiting, Stone Ridge springs into action the moment my prescription comes in. I get my meds in about 12 hours instead of waiting days or even weeks! In the past, I had to juggle multiple pharmacies and struggle to find where to send my prescriptions. Don't even get me started on the headaches with controlled substances! My healthcare provider would spend hours redoing prescriptions just to switch pharmacies. What a nightmare! But now, thanks to Stone Ridge and their committed staff, I always have everything I need, exactly when I need it. No stress, no hassle--just pure peace of mind! If you're not already part of the Stone Ridge family, you're missing out!

I should have reviewed the order before I left the store (my fault). I went home and opened my package to find that I was missing an 8x10 and that my 4x4 picture had been printed as an 8x10. I had to drive back. When I explained the situation to the clerk her only response was "we just print them as the order comes through". Ok...I get that...but I'm explaining that it was wrong. She ultimately printed the 4x4 that I needed, but we were unable to locate the 8x10 that I was missing from my order. She did not refund me for the 8x10 (even though I paid for it) and only said that we were "even" for the 4x4 that she printed for me. Last year I had my picture Christmas cards printed at the same location and I was disappointed by the quality and the fact that they were slightly "off" when they were cropped. You can sit at the soda fountain, or grab one of the three or four booths and have a simple sandwich and dessert. Sandwiches include for example BLT, hot dog, grilled cheese, tuna salad, egg salad, chicken salad, turkey cold cut, ham, and other things your Mom might have made. The only soup option is "Campbell's Tomato." Check the web site...you will see pictures showing the soda fountain seating is green vinyl and the tables and countertops are Formica. In the back there is a real wooden public phone booth (ready for Clark Kent to do his thing). But you have to pay more than a dime for a phone call (that and the phone equipment is about all that has changed). Wife and I came by to try out the desserts. Since we're new to Martinsburg, I had to ask what the "Jo Jo" Sundae was (their house specialty), and it's French Vanilla ice cream, chocolate syrup, peanut butter syrup, and marshmallow. YUM. Wife had the root beer float. You can get regular and malted milk shakes. They had a number of items that you won't find anywhere else. Once we went to CVS to get one of those rubber red hot water bottles, which we wanted to use for muscle pain relief, and the fellow at CVS was young and he really was clueless about what we wanted. CVS didn't carry it, but Patterson's has those (at least two styles) and other things you won't find anywhere else. The counter lady said they try to get the "old things" whenever they can find them for their customers. Up front there is a display case for perfumes, colognes, and other "gift" items. On the counter in the back, I saw at least four large spools of gift wrap ribbon. Now, where else can you get a gift wrapped! (I suppose Macy's during the holiday season and that's about it these days). Patterson's also had a large display of fancy chocolates (we're coming up to Valentines Day) and Hallmark cards. Patterson's takes pride that you don't have to wait long to have your prescriptions filled, and they advertise that they take all major insurance, including federal employee health plan insurance (which applies to me). This place is a classic. Check it out.
