Alexis said no big deal, you're only 10 minutes from our new location downtown. When I navigated the new location it was 23 minutes away, making it about a 45 minute trek from my home. Not worth it! I blatantly texted her then stating I would not go that far and she replied asking me if I'd still make the appointment. Learn to read your text messages much? VERY POOR SERVICE! Everything was EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Worse service I ever had. I wasted an hour there, and I left with ruined hands to try to fix at home. Please don't waste you time and money.
