I had an appointment there with my daughter for pedicures at 2:00 on 6/6/18. We walked in and were barely acknowledged. At 2:15, one of the two workers called back a walk-in in front of us. The appointment time meant nothing... and my time meant nothing to them. At the very least, they could have told me they were running behind (or that they valued walk-ins over appointment holders)... not ONE word. We walked out and will never go back. Steer clear! They could have had a valued customer for years to come, but chose to let us walk out the door. Here's a tip for Chic Nails... acknowledge the people who walk in the door AND if they have an appointment, value their time. Seriously, one of the worst service experiences ever... you couldn't pay ME to get a pedicure with you. Edited to add: read your response... we walked in at 2:00 ON THE DOT. Does it make you feel better to lie by saying we were late? I'm seriously dumbfounded that you even went there. And, no, we walked out at 2:15... I looked at my watch when we walked out. The woman who got called back looked confused and even glanced at us and said to your employee, "Are you sure?" She even knew we were supposed to be served first. Who was planning on doing our pedicures then? Were you planning on doing both of them at the same time? No matter how you slice it, the service was terrible. read more

This is the WORST nail salon I have ever been to. Reasons why: Cleanliness: during my pedicure my clipped toenails were thrown into my pedicure bath. Then the towel used for my pedicure was then used to scrub the pedicure tub. These are blue towels so I doubt they are ever bleached or cleaned appropriately for re-use. Yuck. Care: I have had many ingrown toenails cut and never left with my toe bleeding. This is just insane. The woman looked at my like I was crazy for getting upset. I was on the brink of tears. Overall painting: Horrible. I had to tell this manicurist to re due several nails because there was lint on one, another was painted completely, and almost all my nails have so much paint on them that they are lumpy. I couldn't recommend this place to anyone! And honestly these misleading Yelp reviews are really upsetting. How could you recommend any girl go through this. Insane! read more

I've never given a bad review, because typically I can give someone the benefit of the doubt. This was honestly the WORST pedicure/manicure experience I have ever had. The lady who did my nails was crazy rude and unfriendly. She never smiled once. Her pedicure hurt like hell and she gave me a perfect set up for an ingrown toenail. She ripped my previous shellac right off the nail without soaking it, ouch. The shellac job she gave me was absolutely wretched, on toes and fingernails. It looked like a 3 year old painted my nails. I paid and left then realized no one should have to pay for that kind of quality, service, and straight up pain- so I went back 20 minutes later and got my money back. I wouldn't go back to this place if someone paid me. read more

My nail technician I believe was Christina...at least that is what the stations licensing info on the wall said. She was the perfect amount of friendly and informative. I went to this salon because I live nearby. I called in the morning asking them about pricing because I could not find it anywhere. They quoted me 25 for gel and 25 for acrylic. I go in there during my appointment time (schedule an appointment!) and they said it would be 40 for my acrylic. I was a little peeved but that is typical for a fully acrylic set. I went to see Christina and she was wonderful once we started talking. I wish she would have asked if I wanted square or almond shape but they just did square. She went so fast but overall she did a really great job. My nails are usually hard to work with because I bite them. I will be going back in 3 weeks to get my fill! Thanks Chic Nails. read more

Never ever go here for micro blading, I got my eyebrows done and your supposed too get a 6 week touch up, I had spots come off and I messaged the girl who did them multiple times and never heard from her! Very unprofessional and a waste of my money , and I'm missing spots where the micro blading is supposed too be! I will never go here read more

Decided to try a new spot for my pedicure. I had called in an made an appointment, and the staff still seemed flustered when I arrived. I was seated in one of the 6 massage chairs, 2 were already taken. So I sit back to relax, unwind and turn on the massage chair, however it won't turn on. The gal doing my pedicure checked to make sure it was plugged in, it was. Then a lady who was doing a customer's nails comes over looks at the cord, tried turning it on, still didn't work. This "lady" was also the owner of the salon. She said it was probably the fuse and she would check it. Long story short, she never even tried, looked at it, nothing. She finished her customer and put her purse around her shoulder and walked out. I in the meantime am halfway through with my pedi, and I tell the gal, hey being able sit in a massage chair and get a massage is almost as good as the pedi itself. I said do you think I can move to the chair next to it at least before she paints my toes. It seemed to be such an inconvenience for them to move me 1 chair over. So then another customer comes in for a pedi and they put her in that chair of was in, and she's not happy either and said that's her favorite part of a pedi. I agreed and told.her she could have my chair since I was almost done. She asked her gal about the other 3 chairs that were available and the gal said they didn't work either. So I got my nails done and really liked the lady that did mine. Her name was Le, and I would go back to her in a heartbeat, but not at that Salon. Before finishing my nails, the owner came back from what seemed an eternity, scowling at everyone. She didn't talk or say anything to anyone, her employees, her customers, nothing. No apology for the chair not working, or for completely ignoring the customers needs all together. Horrible customer service, and I felt bad for her employees. read more

I used to love this place, but not since new owners took over in the fall 2014. Just had a group pedi with some friends and most of us got butchered toes. Two of the technicians cut the nail and cuticle all the way down the sides of our big toes! Not cool and totally incorrect. I have no idea who trained these ladies! We now have to watch for infections and ingrown toe nails. There's only one young technician who actually did a pedi in the correct way. The technician who did my pedi also omitted the foot and calf massage, which is usually the best part of a pedi. If you're into pain and ingrown toe nails, this place is for you!
