I had my eyebrows tattooed on May 10th. The woman did a poor job and wouldn't correct. How much would you charge to correct and when could you do them?

I'm sorry to hear you had a bad experience. You would need a consultation in order for me to tell you whether I would be able to help. I have Friday or Saturday available. How soon do you want to come in?

I would 100% recommended her and her work to anyone. She matched my hair colour perfectly and made sure that I left happy and beautiful. I had the best experience and I get compliments daily on my shape, colour, and realism. People cannot tell that I have them microbladded. She talked my through everything and answered my questions. She was very informative and even made sure that I had a typed after care regime. She even provided me with a go home brush, brow blade, and A&D cream.

I felt that the final result after the first time it was not thick enough; meaning I wanted wider eyebrows, not darker or more filled in. The filling in was perfect. But since it was my first time I didnt know how to ask to have them look thicker. Also my right brow seemed to be off center by a little bit; enough that I could notice. It just needed to be filled in the inner side a bit more to make the overall look centered. So had to draw in with brow liner the little bit for a few months. The second time I went in was at the end of May. This was my touch up appointment. I didn't need it necessarily because my brows are dark but I wanted her to make my brows look thicker and fix the off centeredness. She did exactlt what I asked her to the second time around. All I had to do is ask and show her pictures of what I wanted.

TWO STARS UPDATE BELOW…read moreThe facility is nice. It's clean. My piercer was nice as well however, there was a huge miscommunication in the wording of pricing. First, I was anticipating getting pierced by a junior piercer for a little bit cheaper of a price And I called The night prior to confirm availability. So I had a guesstimate on how much I was going to spend. I visit the shop and I met with an advanced piercer, which was fine. I was OK with a little bit of a difference confirmed that it would be $60 for the two lobes and immediately followed up with a question about how much jewelery pricing would be. This is where the wording was misleading instead of saying "that one is 30" it was "they'll be 30" and given the context of the conversation it would've been a plural amount of $30 total. I had added another piercing while I was In the chair, knowing my budget in my head. Asking how much it would be to add another one, the jewelry of the next one I decided to pick and so on. So when I was met after getting pierced with my payment screen, it was double what I expected and what we had been talking about. Call it a misunderstanding, but it seemed a little shady because the person that I went there with understood the situation the same way I did given conversation context and wording. This is in no way a reflection of the skill of the piercer because they were great I was comfortable, but their wording in pricing was misleading and not being presented with a total for even the two lobes before I started should be changed; so that way a price is agreed-upon beforehand, and not when the jewelry is in my ear with no chance to change my mind or discuss it since it's already been done. UPDATE after this review I was reached out to promptly by the store again. Despite the discrepancy, we were able to reach a compromise and all in all help one another given the situation. That type of business model and people running it is something admirable and I feel like I should come back here to write that. Word choice in miscommunication happen it's unfortunate that it was me, but I'm utterly grateful for the discussion I was able to have with the business to come to a resolution That benefits both of us. Thank you again for reaching out as a follow up.

Warning: avoid this place. This store is cosmetic studio. This means that the piercers get their…read morelicense through short training with no real education about anatomy. My daughter found this place online through a friend and it seemed like a good option because of their cheap prices but the $15 student pricing is just the actual needle piercing without jewelry, and no you can't bring outside jewelry. Jewelry itself is a complete scam, charging $40 per piece for crappy quality that almost made my daughter helix reject, while her Amazon hypoallergenic jewelry 9pc for $10 allowed it to heal properly. They also pierced all 3 helixes in one sitting, even if a customer wants that, they need to be professional and only pierce one ear at a time to allow proper sleep. One of the helixes were also pierced crooked so studs look like they're going to fall out. They also charged $25 for one of the jewelry pieces that fell which was clearly their fault if the other 2 had no problems. They also told my kid to come only a month after to get the posts resized, we instead went to dermal decor in south Jordan after 2 1/2 months and the owner said that she has seen many girls come in ruined ears after going to 937. She did not judge my daughter and helped clean up, this is when we found out about the bad jewelry that was turning my daughter ear blue and green(no her hair is virgin black so no hair dye), and that one helix was crooked. Absolutely devastating since we paid so much to get them "professionally done". Cosmetic studios are a joke and not safe. If you truly want piercings make the investment and go to a true body piercing studio. You also can't blame me or my daughter for choosing the student piercing because they are still under the supervision of a "professional" who should have corrected the pierci who my daughter got. The pictures are of the jewelry that we paired $80 for and you can see the green spots on it. The things circled are gunk that developed on the ear that was causing constant irritation and itchiness from the green spots that hid on the earring despite my daughter cleaning it with a saline solution everyday. I'm warning you, do not come here.
