Now when I need it, they push back & deny my medication. After battling with them, they finally approved my medication. However, the problem now is that they won't approve the dosage of medication that is needed. My physician even sent them a letter of "necessity" and they still refused to let the Dr. Increase the dose. This is so disheartening. TRP only sees a person on paper so it's easy for them to deny.
