I've had Spectrum Business Internet for over four years. The service itself is all well and great…read more Speed is wonderful and as long as you don't need customer service everything is fine. We're in the midst of moving to a new location, and the new location is not serviced by Spectrum. I'm not happy to HAVE to leave Spectrum, but boy did they burn their bridges today. I called to cancel my service EFFECTIVE next month. As soon as the call finished, I returned to my computer to continue what I had been doing, only to find I had no internet. I redialed *the very same number* I had just disconnected from, and the automated system says something along the lines "we recognize your number as a residential customer ...." [um, no, I'm a business customer but okay let's keep rolling]. I won't detail the conversation, but each person I spoke with transferred me to another person. At the end of the 35 minute phone call I had spoken with FIVE different people before they reconnected my internet. I'll miss the high speed - but I am hopeful that my new LOCAL internet service will provide me with top notch customer service.

We have the TV spectrum APP only with wifi. Every month, prices keep going up. For having nothing,…read moreno movie channels or anything, we are now at a price of $286. We are going to drop the tv app. If no mercy on deals to keep us at a FAIR price, not a communist price, we will keep it. If wifi price is still crap, we are going to try T-Mobile wifi before 100% spectrum termination! Spectrum are price gouging. Not anymore. One week, we are done. Only because we have one thing we are dealing with this next few days. But.... we are done !!!

Then I signed in and it took an additional 10 minutes to be helped. I thought this was ridiculous as I just needed to drop off a product and I didn't need to even sign for anything. Then I asked if it would lower my bill and the employee said that's not something they can help me with and that I would need to call customer service to find out.. why have a store if you can't be helped in person?

There were always 2 people at one time. When we got there we were 7th in line when we left there were 17 people waiting. Crazy, not good customer service on the weekend and then not to be able to reduce our bill after waiting so long. You can try calling our corporate office. We constantly get emails to come And we'll give you a loyalty discount to lower your bill so we thought we give it a try. Get this they wanted me to pay $15 for a land line I don't need to reduce my bill by $70 and turn in my two boxes, but in June my bill will go back up again $25. It's a loosing battle. Everyone that goes to AT&T goes right back to spectrum. There is no other alternatives, but to pay the price and I need the internet for my job.

The only time we ever loose signal is during a power outage. Any time we've had equipment issues (only a handful of times in 14 years) they handled repairs/replacements in a timely, largely hassle free manner. I previously used cable - I will NEVER, EVER go back to cable, nor would I ever suggest that someone go in that direction. DirecTV is the only option for us worth considering.

They disconnected my father's account for me telling an agent how they were taken advantage of them and making them do the Dirty Work . I then get a letter saying don't worry about paying your next bill or returning equipment we just decided to cut off your service . I guess they did not like that the agent cited with me and gave my father the $80 credit that they tried to overcharge him on a fixed income . Making his bill go from 128.00 to 196.00 for no reason...... I highly suggest you save your money like I wish I would have in the 18 years these people have gotten more than $60,000 for me to be treated in such a way because you're giving factual information DirecTV is cheap they go for cheap labor and then they want to overcharge their customers

I'm writing this review after visiting the store twice and waiting in store for over an hour again just to return equipment. Now they do offer appointments, but let me tell you that I have watched more than a few of those people check-in and wait a considerable amount of time beyond their appointment time to be seen, and this is another indicator that something needs to be fixed. The process here is broken, and quite apparently inefficient and not designed with customer experience in mind. The entirety of my transaction took 5 minutes and could have easily been processed numerous times during the hours I spent standing around. This was made even more apparent after watching all of the associates repeatedly wander the store, in and out the backroom, and stop to check in on the same customers standing around waiting for updates and data migrations to complete on their devices, all while there's a store full of customers waiting, many of whom are obviously there for the same reason as I. At one point a manager/leader approached me and mentioned I'd been waiting quite a while, so I explained what I needed to do and he made no offer to help expedite the process. The solution is simple. Keep a register open just for equipment returns and make a policy that anyone walking in with equipment be served in between walk-ins and appointments as associates are freed up.

The check-in process was straightforward, as I signed in on the kiosk iPad and was called when it was my turn. The staff provided excellent service during my visit, especially when returning a 14-year-old router modem after canceling my service, which was costing me $90 a month--clearly a wise decision to switch. I was reassured that the router would be reused elsewhere. Overall, a positive experience with friendly and efficient service at the store.

When you walk in the store is divided into sections with the emphasis on their mobile phones. Services like Internet, cable TV and related are the other end of the store. You sign in on a (filthy, even by pre-COVID standards) touch screen that was so dirty I felt like I needed to wash my hands after interacting with it. When you finally got to talk to someone they were friendly enough and tried to help but it was going to be over a 2 hour wait time just to return my Internet device. I ended up going to the UPS store to do this. It's free to drop off there - just be sure you keep your receipt. It took Charter over a week to realize the device was returned and credit the account back. Charter and companies like that get away with the lack of customer service because there isn't a lot of competition. WIth 5G and high speed satellite Internet coming online that is about to change. It will be interesting to see if that finally get's them to fix their customer service issues.
