We were planning a wedding in a relatively short amount of time and appreciated the timeliness in their responses. Dj Jesse was friendly, professional and it was clear he is an expert in his craft. I appreciated that he was accessible, and highly responsive. During the calls, he was thorough , while politely moving the conversation along, ensuring our calls were productive. When asked for an opinion, he gracefully presented options providing objective pros and cons, while ultimately empowering us to decide. On the day of, Jesse arrived promptly and was ready to go well in advance, which was much appreciated. DJ Jesse was very confident in his ability to keep the energy up and he did a great job navigating our small, but diverse group, playing music in English and Spanish. The transitions were seamless and everyone had an opportunity to show off their dance moves with the music they liked. Last minute, we decided to add a Photo Booth and Vincent, quickly reached out, providing the details and following up with cute templates. It was great to have an attendant! We canceled 8 months in advance due to a life event and the owner is saying he will destroy our credit and put the money owed to a collection company. Within the contract he will charge you a late fee and then compounding interest so the amount grows and grows. We didn't even use his service and still is doing this to us. HE told me "my generation" doesn't abide to contracts, yet he won't send us the contract that shows we have even signed anything.
