I am very disappointed with sound image. I have been coming to this stereo shop for some time now. They have made mistakes in the past but always made up for them,so I continued to give them my business in hopes they would do better. This time I took my 2007 civic si for a simple amp install for my door speakers, they charged me 250$ which I am not complaining about, they called me and stated my car is ready for pick up. On my way home I started to smell burnt plastic. I thought maybe I ran over a plastic bag and it's stuck on my exhaust. However when I got home my car was smoking very badly from the engine bay. I opened the hood in a panic, and found smoke coming from the rear of the engine and a small flame. Sound image routed my power wire from the battery behind the engine and left the wire sitting on my exhaust manifold. It was not zip tied or anything . Just sitting dangling on my exhaust manifold. It melted the entire new wire and blew my fuse since it was touching metal. I called sound image and they offered to re-wire the car , I declined their offer. I have gave them multiple chances to work on my car and every-time it has been an issue. I can not trust them with my car since it was almost just burnt into flames. I also sent an email with a video and pictures to them for the owner of this company. read more

I initially found this place and requested a quote on tint application for my windshield. They got back to me pretty quickly and were able to get me in the following day right when they opened. The process was smooth and simple, and what I especially appreciated was that they honored the quoted price and didn't try to up charge me or sell me additional services, that is a win in my book and gets my respect. I dropped off my car and went to run errands and after about an hour before I was able to finish my first errand, I got a call that my car was ready. It shocked me how quickly they were able to finish it. I showed up, they showed me my windshield and I was satisfied with the results! My car was noticeably cooler during the hot weather and it had me glad that I got it done. Honestly was not expecting to get my car tinted the same day that I walked in, since everywhere else I had checked were only taking reservations weeks in advance. Issac was more than welcoming, and was able to get my car in the garage within 20 minutes of me walking in. We did a window count, and my car was being sent to the garage. Since I didn't have a ride to get anywhere, I was able to sit on one of the couches in the waiting area, where Issac gave reign of his Netflix account on the TV. Originally, the car was finished within a couple hours, but Issac noticed a few imperfections, and made sure that they were fixed before I drove off. I still received my keys within the 3 hour estimate. The hospitality Issac has as a local business owner is phenomenal. I can't stress it enough. Whether it is tint or a new sound system, I suggest it to anyone to come to Issac and get the work done here. read more

Ok hear me out.....I went there for a double din touch screen with BT because I was tired of messing with the AUX cord everytime I get in the car. I get there and Issac was the one to greet me. He showed me different models of Double Dins to look from and gave me time to make my decision. After I made my decision, I gave him my keys, then he showed the installer what I wanted. An hour later I left ecstatic living the wireless life. On the way home there was a small technical difficulty. I called Issac and he told me to bring it back when I get the chance. Found out the sub wasn't getting enough power and we went from there. Issac and his team took care of us and we couldn't be happier with the results. I brought my 2011 Toyota tundra extra cab in to see what I can do about getting a new system put in it. I spoke with the owner Issac and he got me taken care of with a full system that includes two 12" inch subs that still allows me to use the two backseats. I have kids so it was a must. The new dash cove for the new stereo not only looks like it came original with the truck but looks better than what the factory one did. The rest of the install is flawless, all my controls still work on my steering wheel and you cannot tell that there's been anything done to the truck, everything is hidden. Owner is very professional went in expecting to get a single din stereo due to budget purposes and came out getting a double din and alarm system for my work car which helped me out alot by getting everything in one stop. he offers lots of financing options for any credit issues which I did, really clean installation and was able to match the dash kit trim with the color of the original trim I had he's very knowledgeable and definitely will leave you more satisfied than you thought you would be thank you so much for helping me get everything I needed in one stop. Don't look anywhere else! This is the first and only place you should look and stop for all your car stereo needs. They do headlights and customizations too. after stopping at another alarm installation store and was not satisfied with their answer, I stopped at Sound Image and was greeted by Issac. I explained I had a problem with my alarm system and headlights. He and his tech Adam were up for the job. They worked hard to solve my electrical problem but they found I needed a new control arm for my lights. I purchased that from Napa and they went to work on my car, a 2000 Saturn.
