I realized Monday night that I left my charger for my hearing aids. Tuesday morning, I began making calls to find a charger. After having made calls for an hour or so, I called this company. The lady on the phone, Liz, suggested that I come by for a possible match of another charger. I have Phonak hearing aids and the charger is specific to the brand. Liz suggested that she call the Phonak company and upon doing so, she was able to get me a replacement charger for free as my hearing aids are in warranty. No one from any company suggested that they could help but this lady did! On Thursday, I received a new charger at no cost to me. I travel often to the McAllen area for business and I will be changing doctors to American Discount Hearing.

My only complainf is with their over the ear device. I have a big head and the main clear wire that goes from the top of the ear to the inner ear is to short. It keeps falling off, especially when removing my cycle helmet. If u ride I don't recommend the over the ear device. My other in the canal device is perfect.
