I have filed a grievance with the Insurance about this dental office. This office practice is Unethical and should be reported to the State of TX. Leave you there to rot, forget about you because they were triple and quadruple booked . They would neglect the service they were doing , and do a half done job. One dr would diagnose , one dr would numb and forget about you , and one dr would do the filling . Some of the hygienists would leave tartar behind . Just use the prophy angle to smooth it all out and polish your teeth . My teeth are now jacked up because of them . The filling had major overhang !! My whole family no longer goes there.
