They come uncooked so you'll have to do the grilling yourself. The flavors brought me back to my childhood memories where we used to barbecue outside over a bonfire. The whole family enjoyed it. We ordered two trays for each dish and we didn't let either of them go to waste! Ms. Romelia cooked and prepared each dish ready to serve, in fact we tossed each tray on chafing dishes and it stayed fresh for hours! The lumpia came with added sauces and the pancit was beautifully presented as it was topped with citrus slices. Tasty lumpia filled with chicken, pancit with pork and sausage bits mixed in along with veggies! It was a hit with our guests and I look forward to having Ms. Romelia bring her kitchen to our future gatherings again! Oh and if you order her cassava cake, you will not be disappointed!!! The chicken in the tamales is delicious, if they had chicken and cheese pupusas I would definitely buy that as well! I guess for a taco, these are way overrated as there is nothing outstanding about them. Servicewise, is on par with what you'll expect out of a food truck where everyone is polite and treat you like a customer. The only issue are the customers as finding the actual line to order can be frustrating because people tend to cut and this aspect lacks organization. As far as the prices, well, they are a bit high given the quality of the taco as these do nothing as far as stand out of other local food trucks around.
