The workouts are really challenging and the music is on point! They even give you a cold towel at the end to wipe the sweat off your face. I had three different instructors each day I went. The first two instructors were phenomenal. They helped me adjust my bikes and had very clear instructions. It was really difficult to hear the third instructor and I don't think her instructions were very helpful, because it was hard to figure out when to change gears or pick up speed. Overall, I had a positive cycling experience.

They come with a fresh spin (haha) on cycling and have big shoes to fill. They deliver! Leon and Kacey's class opening day had so much energy and great music. There are no screens or metrics anymore, which I thought I'd miss, but it actually let me feel the music and my body throughout the ride more. I was hoping they'd do something better with the bathrooms, which are cramped during busy classes, but I definitely appreciate the more fans and space in the studio itself. This place exceeded my expectations! I attended a "Friday Night Ride" class last week and…read moreabsolutely loved it. This was my first spin class in probably 7-8 years so I was slightly nervous how I would be able to keep up at this stage in my life. The studio is extremely organized and prior to coming, they request that you chose a bike on their site and pick your shoe size. Then upon entering, your shoes are ready in the cubbies which are assigned according to the # bike that you chose. Love the preparation so there is no wandering around and figuring it out when you get there. There were a few instructors greeting everyone entering with such great energy, making everyone feel at ease and welcome. The studio provides a locker with a lock which is extremely helpful. Gone are the days of leaving belongings in an unlocked locker. Then make your way to the bikes. At each bike there was a clean towel and 2 arm weights. This workout was definitely full body. Alex was a fantastic instructor. Her energy radiated the room and she encouraged everyone of all levels to push through their goal. The entire time she reminded the group to go at a pace they felt comfortable while still leading us to engage and push our hardest to the finish line. She was an extremely motivating leader while still keeping the workout feeling fun and achievable. Finishing the class gave me such a sense of accomplishment! I cant wait to come back!

Many people love this place. It's definitely summery, and the class is brighter than your normal SoulCycle studio. This is a plus or minus, depending on what you're looking for. Personally, I love my dark, dark room, though a nice change on a summer Saturday morning was good. Just be forewarned: no locker rooms or lockers. There is one bathroom, and there are cubbies inside the studio to store your stuff. Free de-tabbed SmartWater, though, as many as you'd like. Just don't plan on showering here.
